Claims (13)
- Maschine zum Behandeln von Gefäßen (1) mit einer Wärmequelle (9) zum Schrumpfen von Ausstattungsmaterial (20) an die Gefäßkontur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels einer steuerbaren Wärmeabschirmung (12, 22) zwischen der Wärmequelle (9) und den Gefäßen (1) die Wärmeübertragung auf das Ausstattungsmaterial (20) und die Gefäße (1) vollständig unterbrechbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmequelle als ein Heißluftgebläse (9) und die Wärmeabschirmung als eine Blasvorrichtung (12) ausgebildet ist, wobei mit der Blasvorrichtung zwischen den Gefäßen (1) und dem Heißluftgebläse (9) ein Luftvorhang (22) erzeugbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsrichtung der Blasvorrichtung (12) quer zur Strömungsrichtung des Heißluftgebläses (9) ausgerichtet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine einen Gefäßförderer (8) aufweist, an dem das Heißluftgebläse (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die Blasvorrichtung (12) längs zum Gefäßförderer (8) seitlich neben diesem parallel verlaufend ober- oder unterhalb des das Ausstattungsmaterial (20) tragenden Gefäßbereiches angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gefäßförderer (8) eine gekrümmte Bahn, insbesondere Kreisbahn, aufweist und die Blasvorrichtung (12) äquidistant zum Gefäßförderer gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasvorrichtung (12) ein Rohr (12a, 12b) mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen (21) oder Düsen aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasvorrichtung (12) mittels einer Steuereinrichtung (15) in Abhängigkeit der Maschinenfunktion in oder außer Betrieb setzbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftversorgung zur Blasvorrichtung (12) mittels einem Steuerventil (14) von der Steuereinrichtung (15) unterbrechbar oder frei schaltbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heißluftgebläse (9) aus einer nahe am Gefäßförderer (8) liegenden Betriebsstellung in eine weiter entfernte Außerbetriebsstellung und umgekehrt überführbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Blasvorrichtung (12) vom Anfang bis zum Ende der durch Heißluftgebläse (9) gebildeten Heißluftbehandlungszone erstreckt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gefäßförderer als ein Karussell (8) ausgebildet ist, an dessen radial äußeren Seite sich wenigstens ein Heißluftgebläse (9) befindet, und welches von einem konzentrisch gebogenen und ausgerichteten Rohr (12a, 12b) umgeben ist, vorzugsweise von einem Gefäßeinlauf (7) bis zu einem Gefäßauslauf (11) des Karussells (8).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (12a, 12b) als Kreisbogenabschnitt mit zwei Enden ausgebildet ist, wobei ein Ende eine Zuleitung (13a, 13b) und das andere Ende einen Verschluß (19) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere einzelne Rohre (12a, 12b) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
