Abstract
Um eine Vorrichtung zum Schneiden eines kontinuierlich verlaufenden Drahtes bereitzustellen, der in Form von Windungen aus einem Windungsleger austritt, wobei Ausschußdrahtwindungen schnell und gezielt abgeschnitten werden können, wird vorgeschlagen, daß eine solche Vorrichtung zum einen Fangmittel (4a,b) für einen Windungsbogen sowie Mittel zum Durchtrennen (5a,b) dieses Windungsbogens und Mittel zur Steuerung des Bewegungsablaufs der Fangmittel und Trennmittel umfaßt, wobei die Fangmittel (4a,b) und die Trennmittel (5a,b) unmittelbar hinter dem Windungsleger (1,2) angeordnet sind. Des weiteren wird ein entsprechendes Verfahren vorgeschlagen. In order to provide a device for cutting a continuously running wire, which emerges in the form of turns from a winding layer, whereby reject wire windings can be cut off quickly and in a targeted manner, it is proposed that such a device on the one hand catch means (4a, b) for a turn arc and means for severing (5a, b) this winding arc and means for controlling the movement of the catching means and separating means, wherein the catching means (4a, b) and the separating means (5a, b) are arranged directly behind the winding layer (1,2). A corresponding method is also proposed.
