Abstract

Die erfindungsgemäße Ultraschallwandlereinrichtung weist einen Ultraschallwandler aus einer Piezokeramikscheibe (2) und einer Anpaßschichtscheibe (1) auf, die zumindest teilweise in einem Gehäuse (3) mittels eines Polymer-Schaumstoffs (5) eingebettet sind. Die Anpaßschichtscheibe (1) ist an ihrer Umfangsfläche durch ein Schaumstoff-Formteil (4) zentriert, das sich kostengünstig vorfertigen läßt und zudem die frontseitige Sichtfläche der Ultraschallwandlereinrichtung optisch nicht beeinträchtigt.
