Claims

Table with a tabletop (1) and a load-bearing structure (2) with rollers for the tabletop (1), whereby the load-bearing structure (2) comprises a vertically proceeding frame (3) to whose underside rollers (10, 11) rotatable around a horizontal first axis are attached and to whose upper side the tabletop (1) is hinged pivotable around a second horizontal axis parallel to the first axis, and comprises a support (12) rigidly connected to the frame (3), characterised by said support (12), proceeding from the frame (3), encompassing two legs (14, 16; 15, 17) that diverge essentially V-shaped and stand on the substrate remote from the frame (3) and on which the tabletop (1) folded down into a horizontal use position is supported with its end remote from the frame, and the height thereof being less than the clear height of the frame (3) or, respectively, of the lower edge (9) of the tabletop (1) folded up into an essentially vertical position for the horizontal stacking of a plurality of such tables.

Table according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the generally V-shaped support (12) proceeds essentially horizontally over sections (14, 15) proceeding from the frame (3) whose length approximately corresponds to that of the tabletop (1) and merges into vertically downwardly proceeding table legs (16, 17).
Table according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the tabletop (1) is connectable to the leg sections (14, 15) of the support (12) via spacer parts (19, 20), particularly of plastic.
Table according to claim 4, characterized in that the spacer parts (19, 20) are secured to the underside of the tabletop (1).
Table according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the spacer parts are clamp parts for the releasable clamped mounting of the tabletop (I) to the horizontal leg sections (14, 15) of the support (12).
Table according to claim 6 , characterized in that the clamp parts are provided with grips for releasing their clamped engagement with the leg sections (14, 15).
Table according to one of the claims 1 through 7, characterized in that a mechanism (21, 22) is provided for locking the tabletop (1) in its vertical position.
Table according to claim 8, characterized in that the locking mechanism (12, 22) secured to the tabletop comprises a latch (22') spring-biased into its unlocking position that can be latched into its locking position wherein it is supported at the tabletop load-bearing structure (2, 6).
Table according to one of the claims 1 through 9, characterized in that a gas compression spring is arranged between the tabletop (1) and the tabletop load-bearing structure (2) for the automatic pivot of the tabletop (1) into its vertical position or, respectively, for supporting this pivot motion.
Table according to one of the claims 1 through 10, characterized in that the support (12) is bent of one piece from a tube, particularly a metal tube, and is welded to the frame (3).
