Claims (10)
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung mit rechtwinkliger Zusammenfügung eines Steckerteils (12) mit mindestens einem in einem Kontaktträgergehäuse (28) angeordneten elektrischen Verbindungslcontalct (36) mit eine Zange bildenden elastischen Blattfedern (37), in ein Buchsenteil (10), das mindestens einen Streifenkontakt (18) aufweist, der von einem Grundkörper (20) getragen wird, wobei die zangenförmigen elastischen Blattfedern des Kontakts oder der Kontakte sich zu beiden Seiten der Dicke des entsprechenden Streifenkontakts (18) des Buchsenteils anordnen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifenkontakt (18) Teil eines Metallstreifens ist, der sich in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Steckrichtung des Steckerteils (12) in den Buchsenteil (10) erstreckt, und dass sie eine Halterung (75) aufweist, in der der Grundkörper (20) und der zumindest eine Streifenkontakt (18) integriert sind, und dass der Buchsenteil (10) und der Steckerteil (12) dazu vorgesehen sind, durch gegenseitiges Vem-asten zusammenzuwirken.
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt oder die Kontakte (18) aus einem freigelegten Bereich (21) des länglichen Metallstreifens bestehen.
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten des freigelegten Bereichs (21) der Metallstreifen des oder der Kontakte in den isolierenden Grundkörper (20) eingefügt ist.
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der isolierende Grundkörper (20) durch Überspritzung herrgestellt wird, wobei der freigelegte Bereich (21) eine Aussparung in diesem überspritzten Grundkörper darstellt.
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei Metallstreifen (18) aufweist, wobei zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Metallstreifen voneinander durch eine isolierende Zwischenwand (51) getrennt sind, die während des Vergießens mit dem isolierenden Grundkörper (20) entstanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Streifen des Kontakts (18) oder der Kontakte (18) des Buchsenteils eine Kontaktoberfläche (24) aufweist, die durch zwei Querknickungen (22, 22') eingegrenzt sind, die die Kontaktfläche gegenüber der Längsachse des Grundkörpers versetzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktträgergehäuse erste (44) und zweite (50) Mittel zur Verriegelung des Steckkontaktes (36) oder der Steckkontakte (36) auf jedem entsprechenden Streifen (18) aufweist, die die Buchsenkontakte bildet.
- Elektrischer Verbinder mit rechtwinkliger Zusammenfügung mit einer Vorrichtung zum Verbinden nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung mit einer Aufnahme (76) mit komplementärer Form zu dem Kopf (32) des Kontaktträgergehäuses und mit Dichtungsmitteln (14) versehen ist, wobei der Kopf des Kontaktträgergehäuses in die Aufnahme (76) eindringt, die in der den Grundkörper (20) tragenden Halterung (75) ausgeführt ist.
- Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtungsmittel (14) einen Runddichtring (64) aufweisen, der von dem Steckerteil (12) getragen wird und dazu vorgesehen ist, gegen eine in der Halterung ausgebildete Schulter (78) gedrückt zu werden.
- Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel (16) zum Anflanschen des Steckerteils (12) an den Buchsenteil (10) aufweist, die mit der Halterung (75) zusammenwirken.
