Claims (10)
- Dispositif de connexion électrique avec emboítement perpendiculaire d'une partie (12) mâle comprenant au moins un contact (36) de connexion électrique à lames (37) élastiques formant pince, disposé dans un boítier (28) porte-contact, ladite partie mâle étant emboítée dans une partie (10) femelle comprenant au moins un contact (18) sous forme de lame, porté par une embase, lesdites lames élastiques formant pince du ou des contact(s) venant se placer de part et d'autre de l'épaisseur de la lame correspondante du contact (18) de la partie femelle.
- Dispositif de connexion électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ou les contact(s) (18) sont constitués d'une zone (21) dénudée d'une bande métallique allongée dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe d'emboítement de la partie (12) mâle dans la partie (10) femelle.
- Dispositif de connexion électrique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, de part et d'autre de la zone (21) dénudée, la bande métallique du ou des contact(s) est insérée dans une embase (20) isolante.
- Dispositif de connexion électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (20) isolante est un surmoulage, la zone (21) dénudée correspondant à une épargne dudit surmoulage.
- Dispositif de connexion électrique selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux bandes (18) métalliques, deux bandes métalliques juxtaposées étant séparées entre elles par une cloison (51) isolante venue de moulage avec l'embase (20) isolante.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque lame du ou des contact(s) (18) de la partie femelle comprend une surface (24) de contact délimitée par deux pliages (22,22') transversaux qui autorisent un désaxage de ladite surface par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'embase.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier porte-contacts comprend des premiers moyens (44) et des seconds moyens (50) de verrouillage du ou des contacts mâles (36) sur chaque lame (18) correspondante formant les contacts femelles.
- Connecteur électrique à emboítement perpendiculaire comportant un dispositif de connexion selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une matrice (74) dans laquelle est intégré l'ensemble de l'embase (20) et des contacts (18) de la partie femelle, ladite matrice étant munie d'un logement (76) à profil conjugué de la tête (32) du boítier porte-contacts et de moyens (14) c'étanchéité.
- Connecteur électrique selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (14) d'étanchéité comprennent un joint (64) de type torique porté par la partie mâle (12) et prévu pour être pressé contre une portée (78) ménagée dans la matrice.
- Connecteur électrique selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (16) de bridage des parties mâle (12) et femelle (10).
