Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Härten und zum Erhöhen der Kratzfestigkeit von zumindest einer Lackschicht, die zuvor mit UV- und/oder Elektronenstrahlung ausgehärtet worden ist, sieht vor, daß nach der Aushärtung die Lackschicht mit Infrarotstrahlung, insbesondere der IR-Strahlung eines CO2-Lasers, bestrahlt wird. Hierdurch können die Kratzfestigkeit der Lackschicht, ihre Härte und gegebenenfalls auch ihr Haften an einer anderen Lackschicht, bzw. an einem Substrat verbessert werden.A method for hardening and increasing the scratch resistance of at least one lacquer layer which has previously been hardened with UV and / or electron radiation provides that after hardening the lacquer layer with infrared radiation, in particular the IR radiation of a CO 2 laser, is irradiated.
