Description

Dispositif de fixation et d'assemblage d'affiches sur les véhicules.-
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de reconstitution, au cours de l'accrochage sur la carrosserie d'un véhicule, d'une affiche découpée en bandes verticales imprimées partiellement (1,2,3).
Dans les procédés connus d'affichage non collé, le temps passé imposé par les dimensions de l'affiche et l'activité à déployer pour sa pose et sa dépose interdisent toute modification publicitaire au cours des déplacements des véhicules, dans le procédé de fixation par collage, indépendamment des risques de décollage par les intempéries, les opérations de collage et de décollage imposent un temps de travail important et une longue immobilisation des véhicules, d'autre part ces deux procédés interdisent le nettoyage des véhicules dans les stations de lavage.
Le dispositif suivant l'invention a pour objet de remédier à ces inconvénients en utilisant des affiches découpées en bandes verticales amovibles (1, 2, 3) permettant de les monter et les démonter, rapidement et sans outillage, ou de les échanger partiellement pour réaliser des panneaux publicitaires modifiés ou adaptés aux différentes langues utilisées dans les pays traversés. Ces bandes d'affichage (1, 2, 3) en se recouvrant partiellement, dans le sens inverse du déplacement du véhicule, sur des marges latérales non imprimées (4), se protègent mutuellement contre les infiltrations de l'air entre elles et la carrosserie du véhicule, infiltrations qui pourraient provoquer des déformations du texte ou de l'image de l'affiche ou détériorer les bandes d'affichage. La marge (4) de la bande d'affichage (1) placée en tête du véhicule est glissée sous une plaque verticale de protection (6) fixée partiellement sur la carrosserie.
L'accrochage de ces bandes d'affichage s'effectue entre deux barres parallèles (7 et 8) fixées horizontalement, en haut et en bas, sur la carrosserie du véhicule, et leur positionnement, prévu à cet effet sur les barres, permet de placer bord à bord les parties imprimées de ces bandes d'affichage et de reconstituer intégralement les images ou les textes imprimés sur les affiches.
Conformément à la figure 1 de la planche 1 de dessins, les bandes d'affichage (1, 2, 3,) comportent une surface imprimée avec une marge verticale (4) sans impression destinées à être recouverte par la surface imprimée de la bande suivante, dans le sens inverse du déplacement du véhicule.
La marge (4) est réalisée à droite ou à gauche sur la bande, selon que les affiches sont prévues pour être accrochées sur les véhicules du coté de la chaussée ou du coté du trottoir. Pour être accrochées, les bandes d'affichage sont munies, en haut et en bas, à titre d'exemple, d'une série oeillets (5).
L'accrochage des bandes d'affichage s'effectue entre deux barres parallèles, la barre horizontale supérieure (7), munie, à titre d'exemple, d'une série de trous (9) et la barre horizontale inférieure (8) munie, également à titre d'exemple, d'une série de trous (9), l'emplacement de ces trous concorde avec l'emplacement des d'oeillets (5) positionnées sur les bandes d'affichage, suivant des intervalles calculés pour permettre aux surfaces imprimées de ces bandes d'être jointes bord à bord pour reconstituer l'affiche.
Le dispositif ainsi complété suivant la figure 1, la bande d'affichage (3) est accrochée, au moyen de crochets (10 ou 11) sur la barre supérieure (7), puis la bande d'affichage (2) est accrochée avec les mêmes moyens et sa surface imprimée vient recouvrir la marge (4) de la bande d'affichage (3), puis la bande d'affichage (1) est accrochée et sa surface imprimée vient recouvrir la marge (4) de la bande d'affichage (2).
Pour protéger la bande d'affichage (1) la marge (4) est glissée sous la partie non fixée de la plaque de protection (6).
Ainsi disposées, les bandes d'affichages sont ensuite raccordées sur la série de trous (9) positionnée sur la barre inférieure (8) au moyen de câbles de tension ou de produits similaires (12).
La plaque de protection peut être fixée sur la carrosserie de différentes façons, au moyen de bandes adhésives ou de rivets (procédés non représentés sur la figure 1 de la planche 1)

Claims

ReNendications
1) Dispositif d'affichage sans collage par reconstitution d'affiches publicitaires ou autres, découpées en bandes verticales (1,2,3) munies, en haut et en bas, d'oeillets (5), ou de crochets, ou de pinces, ou autres produits adaptés (10, 11, 12) du commerce pouvant servir à les accrocher sur et à les tendre entre, deux barres parallèles (7 et 8) fixées horizontalement , en haut et en bas, sur les carrosseries des véhicules.
2) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque bande de l'affiche(l, 2, 3) étant accroché, la surface imprimée de chacune d'elle recouvre la surface verticale non imprimée (4), de la bande suivante.
3) Dispositif suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de l'affiche ainsi recouvertes partiellement, l'une sur l'autre, dans le sens inverse du déplacement du véhicule, se protègent mutuellement contre la pénétration de l'air entre elles et la carrosserie du véhicule dans le but d'éviter les déformations des images et des textes imprimés ou les détériorations des bandes de l'affiche que les turbulences de l'air provoqueraient. 4) Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande de l'affiche (1), placée en tête du véhicule, est protégée contre la pénétration de l'air entre elle et la carroserie du véhicule, au moyen d'une plaque de protection (6) fixée verticalement sur la carrosserie.
5) Disposirtif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de protection (6) est fixée verticalement et partiellement sur la carrosserie du véhicule de manière à permettre de glisser, sous la partie non fixéede la plaque, la surface non imprimée (4) de la bande de l'affiche (1) placée en tête du véhicule.
6) Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications, caractérisé en ce que les bandes verticales constituant l'affiche sont accrochées, avec des moyens (10, 11, 12) sur des barres horizontales d'accrochage et de tension (7 et 8), sur des emplacements (9) selon des intervalles calculés pour placer bord à bord les surfaces imprimées des bandes d'affichage (1, 2, 3) pour reconstituer l'affiche.
