Abstract
Description
- The present invention consists of an integrated receiving circuit for motorised and automatic installations for awnings, window blinds and the like, which provides new essential characteristics as compared to those known in and similar to the present state of the art.
- In particular, the invention consists of the incorporation at the motor-driven reducer or at its output shaft, of the integrated receiving circuit which is operated by means of a radio remote control and or a series of emitting sensors which respectively comprise, an anemometer, a photosensitor, a thermometer and a rain sensor, being the integrated receiving circuit supplied by means of two wires plus the earth leakage one and being the only connection or wiring which the motor-driven reducer has for its complete operation.
- Presently, the known installations for awnings, window blinds and the like are assembled onto turning shafts fitted at one of its ends with a motor-driven reducer connected to a radio automatism external to the motor which causes the shaft to turn when it starts and which is operated by a radio or infrared beam remote control (DE 3304962 A1 Rademacher W.), (US A1 IWASAKI M), (JP 06-248860 A Sanwa Shutter Corp.) and (EP 452154 A2 PICKIN, D.W).
- The receiving element, which receives the signal from the radio remote control, is assembled inside a terminal box located nearby the installations and connected to the motor-driven reducer by means of the corresponding wiring, with 3 wires plus the earth leakage one to the terminal box, (FR 274390 A1 Franciaflex, S.A.) and (FR 2741900 A1 Franciaflex, S.A.).
- This arrangement known for the installations of awnings, window blinds and the like, has several inconveniences, since an electrical installation comprising the box, clamping devices, wires, hoses, etc. needs to be done, which entails a greater number of working hours and which therefore entails an additional cost for each installation, besides the fact that the box and the wire laying deteriorate the decoration of the room where it is installed or it needs to be concealed.
- The present invention consists of a integrated receiving circuit for motorised and automatic installations for awnings, window blinds and the like, whose integrated receiving circuit is directly located in the installation itself and in particular at the motor-driven reducer or at its outlet shaft, which allows to do without the complementary installation annexed to the installation itself and which this type of installations known and included in the present state of the art show. In particular the integrated receiving circuit is located on the motor-driven reducer itself or on its outlet shaft and is connected to its mechanical or electronic end of run mechanism.
- The integrated receiving circuit comprises, along its corresponding power supply, two wires plus the earth leakage one, by means of a signal receiving device connected in line to an RF amplifier, an AM detector, a LF amplifier, a computer, a decoder and a power stage.
- The operation is carried out by means of electromagnetic waves thanks to a remote control or to a series of emitting sensors formed by means of emitting circuits and sensors constituted by an anemometer or wind indicator, a photosensitor or solar sensor, a thermometer or temperature sensor and a rain sensor.
- The emitting sensors by means of individual or collective signals through a receiving and emitting automatic station, are the ones which in an automatic way will cause the working or stopping of the motor-driven reducer, depending on the environmental conditions around the installation.
- One of the objectives of the present invention consists in the placing of the integrated receiving circuit at the motor-driven reducer or at its output shaft, in the automatic installations for awnings, window blinds and the like, which avoids the complementary installations made by means of electrical layings. Another one of the objectives of the present invention consists in the configuration of the integrated receiving circuit, made up of a signal receiving device connected in line to an RF amplifier, an AM detector, a LF amplifier, a computer, a decoder and a power stage, being the integrated receiving circuit connected to the end of the run of the motor-driven reducer mechanism.
- Another one of the objectives of the present invention consists in the arrangement of a series of emitting sensors formed by emitter circuits comprising an anemomenter an photosensitor, a thermometer and a rain sensor.
- The first figure shows a front elevation view, with part of the installation sectioned, with the integrated receiving circuit according to the present invention.
- The second figure corresponds to a schematic view of the block diagram of the integrated receiving circuit, according to the present invention.
- Lastly, the third figure shows the arrangement of the emitting sensors and the automatic receiving and emitting station.
- As can be seen in the attached drawings, the motorised and automatic installation comprises the corresponding awnings, window blinds or the like (1) assembled on the corresponding tubular frame (2), which is axially assembled onto the shaft (3) of the motor-driven reducer (4), which has its corresponding connection (5) to the mains.
- The integrated receiving circuit (6), which comprises its corresponding power supply (7) connected by means of two wires plus the earth leakage one, is made up of a signal receiver (8) connected in line to a RF amplifier (9), an AM detector (10), a LF amplifier (11), a computer (12), a decoder (13) and a power stage (14).
- The integrated receiving circuit (6) is assembled at the motor-driven reducer (4) or at its outlet shaft (3), connected to its end of run mechanism (15), which is in turn connected in line to the coil (16), the brake (17) and the reducing device (18) of the motor-driven reducer (4).
- The emitting sensors comprise circuits (19), (20), (21) and (22), with their respective emitters (23), (24), (25) and (26) and are respectively fitted with a wind detector (27) or anemometer, a solar detector (28) or photosensitor, a thermometer (29) or temperature sensor and a rain detector (30).
- The signals emitted by the emitters (23), (24), (25) and (26) can be channelled through an automatic station (31) with a receiver (32) and an emitter (33).
- Based on this make up and by means of the working of the radio remote control (34), with its corresponding rising and lowering regulators, the signal is transmitted to the integrated receiving circuit, causing the operation or stopping of the motor-driven reducer (4).
- Likewise, the signals emitted by the emitters (23), (24), (25) and (26), in an individual or collective manner through the automatic station (31), are received by the signal receptor (8) of the integrated receiving circuit (6), causing the rising or lowering of the motor-driven reducer (4) in an automatic way.
- Based on this arrangement and due to any environmental change in the surroundings of the installation, the corresponding emitting sensor, by itself or through the automatic station (31), will effect the driving of the motor-driven reducer (4), adapting the installation to the characteristics of each moment, depending on the light, temperature, wind or rain which there exists in the surroundings of the installation.
- The emitting sensors (19), (20), (21) and (22) are directly supplied at 220 Vac. 50/60 HZ or by means of batteries or storage cells which causes a considerable saving of time, by avoiding the corresponding electrical wirings between the sensors and the motor-driven reducer (4).
- By the incorporation of the integrated receiving circuit (6) at the motor-driven reducer (4) or at its outlet shaft (3), the electrical lyring is also eliminated in the connection from the installation to the receiving box which is presently being used in this type of installations, which entails a considerable cost reduction in this type of motorised and automatic installations for awnings, window blinds and the like, due to the assembling simplicity and quickness, in addition to allowing to eliminate non decorative elements which this type of complementary installations described in the state of the art entails.
- Once the nature of the invention has been conveniently described, it is hereby stated to the opportune effects, that the same is not limited to the exact details in this report, but on the contrary, the opportune modifications will be introduced in it, as long as the essential characteristics of the same are not altered, which characteristics are stated in the following claims:
