Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Spinnvlieses aus Bikomponentenfäden zweier unterschiedlicher thermoplastischer Kunststoffe enthält ein Zweikanal-Breitschlitzwerkzeug (1), welches an seiner Unterseite zwei geradlinig und parallel zueinander verlaufende Kanalaustrittsschlitze (4, 5) für die beiden Kunststoffschmelzen aufweist. Unter sowie an dem Breitschlitzwerkzeug (1) ist eine Spinndüsenplatte (6) mit in Längs- und Querrichtung des Breitschlitzwerkzeuges (1) in einem gleichmäßigen Raster angeordneten Spinndüsenbohrungen (7) versehen. Dem Breitschlitzwerkzeug (1) und der Spinndüsenplatte (6) ist eine Verteilerplatte (8) zwischengeschaltet, die Zuführbohrungen (9, 10) für die beiden Kunststoffschmelzen aufweist. Die Einlässe (12) der Zuführbohrungen (9) für die eine Kunststoffschmelze liegen im Bereich des einen Kanalaustrittsschlitzes (4) und die Einlässe (13) der Zuführbohrungen (9) für die andere Kunststoffschmelze im Bereich des anderen Kanalaustrittsschlitzes (5). Die Auslässe (14, 15) der Zuführbohrungen (9) für die beiden Kunststoffschmelzen sind in abwechselnden Querreihen (16, 17) jeweils zentral zwischen vier in einem Rasterviereck angeordneten Spinndüsenbohrungen (7) deren Eintrittsquerschnitt überlappend angeordnet.

A distributor plate (8), which has feed bores (9, 10) for the two plastic melts, is interposed between the slot die (1) and the spinneret plate (6). The inlets (12) of the feed bores (9) for the one plastic melt lie in the area of the one channel outlet slot (4) and the inlets (13) of the feed bores (9) for the other plastic melt in the area of the other channel outlet slot (5). The outlets (14, 15) of the feed bores (9) for the two plastic melts are arranged in alternating transverse rows (16, 17) centrally between four spinneret bores (7) arranged in a grid rectangle, the inlet cross section of which overlaps.
