Claims (20)
- Moyen pour protéger du métal fondu provenant d'une sortie d'un récipient de manipulation de métal fondu, caractérisé en ce que le moyen comporte une enveloppe tubulaire (20) ayant une partie de tête agrandie (22) à fixer au dessous du récipient en correspondance avec la sortie et un manchon ou virole (10, 40) à installer par dessus l'enveloppe tubulaire, une extrémité (11, 41) du manchon ou virole (10, 40) étant au contact de la partie de tête agrandie (22), le manchon ou virole (10, 40) ayant une entrée (12, 42) pour un gaz et un conduit (13, 43) de gaz pour acheminer le gaz jusqu'à l'intérieur de la partie de tête agrandie (22) de l'enveloppe (20).
- Moyen de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est une poche de coulée et l'enveloppe (20) est fixée au dessous de la poche.
- Moyen de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est une poche de coulée et l'enveloppe (20) est fixée à la poche par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne tiroir.
- Moyen de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est une poche de coulée, le manchon ou virole (10, 40) est fixé à la poche et l'enveloppe (20) est maintenue en place par sa partie de tête agrandie (22) reposant sur le pourtour supérieur du manchon ou virole (10, 40).
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité supérieure (11, 41) du manchon ou virole (10, 40) et l'extrémité inférieure de la partie de tête (22) de l'enveloppe (20) sont pourvues de moyens de repérage.
- Moyen de protection selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de repérage comprennent des saillies (15) soit sur le manchon ou virole (10, 40) soit sur l'enveloppe (20) et des trous (24) dans l'autre.
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de gaz dans le manchon ou virole (10, 40) se termine en correspondance avec un canal (25) dans la partie de tête (22) de l'enveloppe (20).
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le conduit (13, 43) de gaz dans le manchon ou virole (10, 40) se termine par des trous débouchant à l'interface entre l'extrémité supérieure de la tête agrandie (22) de l'enveloppe (20) et le récipient ou la vanne tiroir.
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau perforé (44) est fixé à l'extérieur du manchon ou virole (10, 40), à son extrémité supérieure (11).
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée (12, 42) de gaz sur le manchon ou virole (10, 40) est une protubérance annulaire (44) sur la face externe du manchon ou virole (10, 40).
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10,40) est en acier.
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (20) est en matière réfractaire.
- Moyen de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) est isolé intérieurement avec un isolant thermique réfractaire.
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) destiné à être utilisé dans un moyen de protection selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) a des dimensions pour être reçu par dessus la partie tubulaire (21) d'une enveloppe (20), une entrée (12, 42) pour gaz, un conduit (13, 43) fixé au manchon ou virole (10, 40) et un moyen pour fixer le manchon ou virole (10, 40) à l'enveloppe (20) et/ou à un récipient de manipulation de métal fondu.
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) a un moyen de repérage pour mettre en place le manchon ou virole (10, 40) sur l'enveloppe (20).
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de repérage comprennent des saillies (15) ou des trous.
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) a un anneau perforé (44) fixé à son extérieur, à son extrémité supérieure (11, 41).
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée (12, 42) de gaz est une protubérance annulaire sur la face extérieure du manchon ou collet (10, 40).
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) est en acier.
- Manchon ou virole (10, 40) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le manchon ou virole (10, 40) est isolé intérieurement avec un isolant thermique réfractaire.
