Abstract
Es wird ein Vorrichtung zur elektrostatischen Oberflächenentladung und Entstaubung von Werkstücken (29) beschrieben sowie eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, mit mindestens einer in einer Bürstenkammer (5) angeordneten Bürste (17) zum Bürsten der Werkstückoberfläche, einem ersten Ionisierungsstab (39) zur Erzeugung positiver und negativer Ionen, der in Zuführrichtung (31) des zu entladenden und reinigenden Werkstückes (29) betrachtet vor der Bürstenkammer (5) angeordnet ist, mindestens einem in die Bürstenkammer (5) mündenden Absaugkanal (7) zum Absaugen der von der Werkstückoberfläche abgelösten Staubpartikel (43), wobei der Absaugkanal (7) in Zuführrichtung (31) des Werkstückes (29) betrachtet vor der Bürste (17) in die Bürstenkammer (5) mündet, mindestens einer nach der Bürste (17) angeordneten Düse (21) zum Zuführen eines Luftstrahls (23) in die Bürstenkammer (5) und einem nach der Düse (21) angeordneten zweiten Ionisierungsstab (27) zur Erzeugung positiver und negativer Ionen.
