Abstract

Zwecks Bereitstellung eines neuen Kabelkonfektionierverfahrens und einer modular aufgebauten Maschine zur Kabelkonfektionierung, die auch eine automatische Verlegung von Brückenkabeln zwischen Kontaktelementen der Steckverbinder auf der einen Kontaktierseite als Schlaufenverbindung zwischen Steckverbindern auf dem gleichen Artikel oder auch auf unterschiedlichen Artikeln ermöglicht, wird an einer Kabelkonfektioniereinrichtung zur maschinellen Bestückung von Leitungen an beiden Enden mit in Gehäusen angeordneten Steckern, insbesondere Schneidklemmkontaktelementen, für die automatische Herstellung von Leitungssätzen, welche eine Kabeleinzugsvorrichtung (1) zum Einzelleitereinzug, eine Kabelvorschubeinrichtung (4), eine Kabelschneidstation und eine Bestückungsstation (5) zur Konfektionierung der Leitungen mit den aus einer Artikelzuführung zugeführten (Pfeil 8) Gehäusen aufweist, die mit einer Rastertransporteinrichtung (25) zur Weiterverarbeitung der konfektionierten Leitungssätze zusammenwirkt, vorgeschlagen, daß auf der Seite des Kabeleinzugs (1) in Verarbeitungsrichtung hinter der Bestückungsstation (5) ein Schlaufenmodul (13) vorgesehen ist, dem im Wege des Einzelleitereinzugs ein Kabel (23) über die Kabeleinzugsvorrichtung (1) zuführbar ist, wobei das Schlaufenmodul (13) mit einer Kabelumlenkeinrichtung (18) einer Kabelschneidvorrichtung (17), einer verfahrbaren Zange (19) für das Brückenkabel (21) und einer Kontaktiereinrichtung (20) ausgerüstet ist.
