Sobald die gewünschte Bandspannung, d.h. der Aufbau eines entsprechenden Bremsmomentes am Spulenkern 11 der Aufwickelspule, erreicht ist, kommt es zum Durchrutschen der Rutschkupplung 16. Auf diese Weise ist jedoch immer sichergestellt, daß auch bei einem vollen Wickelkern 4 der Vorratsspule der Aufbau der gewünschten Bandspannung und die schleifenfreie Aufwicklung auf der Aufwickelspule sichergestellt ist.
