Abstract
Es wird eine verstellbare hydraulische Arbeitsmaschine (11) vorgeschlagen, die eine elektronisch zuschaltbare, hydraulische Sicherheitseinrichtung (60) aufweist. Die Sicherheitseinrichtung (60) verstellt die Arbeitsmaschine (11) bei einem Fehlverhalten der Verstelleinrichtung (14.1/2) auf konstanten Betriebsdruck und verhindert dadurch ein Leersaugen des Hydrauliksystems mit anschließender Selbstzerstörung der Arbeitsmaschine (11) in Folge von Schmierstoffmangel, sowie eine unbeabsichtigte Anstellung der Arbeitsmaschine (11) auf volle Fördermenge bei hohem Druck. Die Sicherheitseinrichtung (60) ist kosten- und bauraumgünstig in das Regelventil (26) der Verstelleinrichtung (14.1/2) integrierbar. An adjustable hydraulic work machine (11) is proposed, which has an electronically switchable, hydraulic safety device (60). The safety device (60) adjusts the working machine (11) to constant operating pressure in the event of a malfunction of the adjusting device (14.1 / 2) and thereby prevents the hydraulic system from being sucked empty with subsequent self-destruction of the working machine (11) as a result of a lack of lubricant, and an unintentional starting of the working machine (11) to full delivery at high pressure. The safety device (60) can be integrated into the control valve (26) of the adjusting device (14.1 / 2) in a cost-effective and space-saving manner.
