Description
The invention relates to a contact device for a printed circuit board, with a resilient in the direction of actuation contact and a mating contact.
A generic contact device belongs to the prior art. It is a common embodiment as it comes with different manufacturers. However, these known commercially available Einlötelemente and miniature switch contacts for printed circuit boards either have a slight overstroke compensation or they are relatively large in larger overstroke dimensions. The contacts used here are complicated and relatively expensive.
From CH 671648 A5 an electrical contact device is known which comprises a housing, a contact body arranged therein with two contact arms and a plunger. The plunger is provided here to act on a support arm, wherein a direct influence of the plunger on a second contact arm, which is provided for contacting a contact pin, is avoided. The contact is made by means of the restoring force of the spring-biased contact arm.
The invention has for its object to provide a contact device of the type mentioned above, which allows a large overstroke compensation and requires a relatively small installation space.
The object is achieved by a contact device in which the contact is designed as a flexurally elastic contact spring having a first resilient leg with a contact surface and a second leg, which is resilient in the direction of actuation to the first leg. The contact device formed in this way is also advantageous because it does not require a separate return spring and a certain self-cleaning effect of the contact surfaces takes place, since they experience a small sliding movement when pressed.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the contact spring has a soldering area provided for soldering to the printed circuit board, on which a tab for switching off the soldering point on the printed circuit board has worn out. This represents a cost-effective design, in which no housing is required for fixing and yet a sufficiently stable attachment takes place.
A reliable contacting of the contact surface with the mating contact is achieved when the contact spring is slotted in the region of the contact surface, resulting in a Doppelkontaktgabe.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.

Der Abstand beider Schenkel 2 und 4 kann weitgehend zum Ausgleich eines Überhubs ausgenutzt werden.FIG. 2 shows a contact device according to the invention which is installed in a printed
