Für den speziellen Einsatz gegen Personen sind Fangnetze ohne Sekundärmittel sowie solche mit Kleber oder Hochspannungspulsgeneratoren bekannt. Letztere werden insbesondere für solche Fälle vorgeschlagen, wo bewaffnete Personen nicht nur festzuhalten, sondern auch am Gebrauch der Waffen gehindert werden müssen. Wellengenerator am Fangnetz integriert ist und eine Anordnung der
Elektroden 14 veranschaulicht ist, - Fig. 3
- ein Schaubild eines Ausführungsbeispiels gemäß Fig. 2, bei dem jedoch die kinetische Energie am Ziel auf eine größere Fläche verteilt wird,

- ein Schaubild eines Ausführungsbeispiels bei dem der elektromagnetische Wellengenerator in zwei Komponenten geteilt ist.

Der allgemeine Erfindungsgedanke sieht nun vor, ein Fangnetz mit einem elektromagnetischen Wellengenerator zu kombinieren, wobei der Kontakt mit der Zielperson nicht durch Pfeilelektroden, sondern durch die nach dem Einfangen auch an freien Hautpartien eng anliegenden, elektrisch leitenden und teilweise nicht isolierten Netzsträngen hergestellt wird. Da es bekannt ist, daß elektromagnetische Wellen auch über die Kleidung wirksam übertragbar sind, ist lediglich vor dem Einsatz die entsprechende Trägerfrequenz und Trägerspannung einzustellen. Prinzipiell werden zwei Ausführungsformen vorgeschlagen: bei dem Beispiel verbleibt der

Fangnetzes 10, wie es in Fig. 3 skizziert ist. Im ersten Fall muß das Fangnetz 10 über zwei
isolierte Kontaktdrähte 13 mit dem Abschußgerät 11 verbunden bleiben. Der
elektromagnetische Generator 12 ist fest mit dem Abschußgerät 11 verbunden bzw. in
diesem integriert. Das Fangnetz 10 ist ähnlich einem Spinnennetz konzipiert und an seinen

In Fig. 3 ist das Ausführungsbeispiel veranschaulicht, bei der der elektromagnetische
Generator 12 Bestandteil des Fangnetzes 10 ist. Eine Verbindung mit dem Werfer bzw.
Abschußgerät 11 entfällt in diesem Fall, jedoch erhöht sich die Masse des zu
verschießenden Fangnetzes. Durch eine Verteilung der kinetischen Energie auf eine
möglichst große Fläche sind jedoch nennenswerte Verletzungen ausgeschlossen, es wird
