Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auswerten eines Sensor-Spannungssignals (US), das eine einer Gleichspannungskomponente (USDC) überlagerte, relativ zu dieser kleine Nutzsignalamplitude (USAC) aufweist, mit einer zum Erfassen des Sensor-Spannungssignals und zum Erzeugen eines von der Nutzsignalamplitude (USAC) abhängigen, digitalen Steuersignals eingerichteten Wandlerelektronik, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist: Einen zum Vergleichen des Sensor-Spannungssignals mit einem Referenzsignal (UR) verschalteten Komparator (12), einen Spannungsgenerator (20), der zum gesteuerten Ausgeben eines Spannungssignals (UG) auf diskretem Pegel ausgebildet und mit einem eine erste Zeitkonstante (τ) aufweisenden Ladungsspeicher (22, 24) zum Erzeugen des Referenzsignals (UR) verbunden ist, eine Steuereinheit (28), die zum Ansteuern des Spannungsgenerators (20) dergestalt ausgebildet ist, daß dieser mit einer gegenüber der ersten Zeitkonstante (τ) kurzen Wiederholfrequenz (te) periodisch zwischen zwei Spannungsstufen umschaltet, und einer zum getakteten Erfassen einer Mehrzahl von Komparator-Ausgangssignalen eingerichteten Auswerteinheit (16), die als Reaktion auf die erfaßten Ausgangssignale das digitale Steuersignal erzeugt.
