Abstract
Es wird eine Elektrokochplatte mit einem Kochplattenkörper (1) aus einer Glaskeramik mit einer ebenen Oberfläche vorgeschlagen, an dessen Unterseite (14) eine Beheizung angeordnet ist. Diese Beheizung besteht aus einer Metallfolie (3,16), die im wärmetechnisch günstigsten Fall in direktem Kontakt mit der Unterseite (14) des Kochplattenkörpers (1) gebracht wird. Die Metallfolie (3,16) wird durch ein Trägerelement gehalten. Insbesondere im Falle einer genoppten Unterseite (14) des Kochstellenkörpers (1) wird zwischen dem Heizleiter (3) und der Unterseite (14) ein hochwärmeleitfähiger Kleber (2) eingesetzt, welcher eine gute elektrische Isolationsfestigkeit besitzt.
