Claims (9)
- Système pour doser un détergent dans un processus de lavage, comportant :un dispositif de lavage (2), dans lequel le processus de lavage a lieu,un support d'alimentation (3) pour détergent,une chambre de mélange (4) pour mélanger le détergent avec un solvant dans une plage de concentrations prédéterminée, etdes moyens de commande pour commander l'alimentation d'au moins une partie du contenu de la chambre de mélange dans le dispositif de lavage,
- Système selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une unité de commande (8) forme une partie des moyens de commande, laquelle unité de commande est connectée à une vanne de fermeture (11) pour l'alimentation du solvant et à un moteur (7) pour entraíner un élément d'alimentation en détergent (6) depuis le support d'alimentation (3) .
- Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la chambre de mélange (4) est muni d'un capteur de faible niveau (15) pour détecter un niveau relativement faible du contenu de la chambre de mélange, lequel capteur de faible niveau est connecté à l'unité de commande (8).
- Système selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, muni d'un capteur de niveau élevé (16) pour détecter un niveau de fluide relativement élevé dans la chambre de mélange, lequel capteur de niveau élevé est connecté à l'unité de commande (8).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, muni d'un capteur de trop-plein (17) pour détecter un niveau en excès dans la chambre de mélange, lequel capteur de trop-plein est connecté à l'unité de commande (8).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, muni d'une vanne ajustable (12) dans la conduite d'alimentation pour le solvant, l'ouverture d'écoulement de la vanne étant ajustable.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'unité de commande de dosage (22) est adaptée pour délivrer un signal si le travail de pompage de la pompe (20) dans la conduite entre la chambre de mélange et le dispositif de lavage est insuffisant.
- Procédé pour doser un détergent dans un processus de lavage, dans lequel un système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 est appliqué.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le détergent est une poudre et le solvant est de l'eau.
