Abstract

Methode zur Produktion von kontinuierlichen Spiralen mit beliebigen. geschlossenen, polygonalen, konstanten Windungsformen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (1), die das Einwickeln des Drahtes Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (1) unter geeigneten Spannung auf Stäben (7) und das mit dem Einwickeln gleichzeitige Formen der geeigneten Ecken der Spiralwindungen nacheinander, fordert. Vorrichtung zur Produktion von kontinuierlichen Spiralen mit beliebigen, geschlossenen, polygonalen, konstanten Windungsformen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (1), die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine drehbare Vorrichtung beinhaltet, auf der Biegeeinheiten (6), die aus zwei Biegestiften (8, 9), einen Stab (7) und eine Auswurfvorrichtung (11), die die bereits produzierten Windungen der Spirale (14) auf geeignete Weise von der Produktionsebene um mindenstens einen Durchmesser des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (1) pro Drehung der drehbaren Vorrichtung wegschiebt, angeordnet sind.
