Abstract

Es wird ein elektromechanischer Doppelhubmagnet (10) vorgeschlagen, der neben der axialen Hubbewegung seines Ankers (33) aus einer Ruhestellung nach beiden Richtungen zur Erhöhung seiner Funktionalität eine zusätzliche Drehbewegung ausführen kann. Eine zwischen zwei Spulen (18, 19) angeordnete, magnetflußleitende Mittelscheibe (35) und der Anker (33) im Bereich unter der Mittelscheibe haben durch Aussparungen gebildete gehäusefeste Statorpole (51) und Ankerpole (54), die in Nullstellung bei nicht erregten Spulen (18, 19) in Umfangsrichtung zueinander versetzt liegen und bei erregten Spulen durch Magnetfluß ein Drehmoment erzeugen, das den Anker (33) rotatorisch gegen eine rückstellende Federkraft verstellt. Der Doppelhubmagnet (10) eignet sich besonders zum Steuern eines Ventils im Failsafe-Fall und im Betriebsfall bei nur einer einzigen elektrischen Achse.

An electromechanical double stroke magnet (10) is proposed which, in addition to the axial stroke movement of its armature (33), can perform an additional rotary movement from a rest position in both directions to increase its functionality.
