Description

The invention relates to a tulip contact piece for a high-voltage switching device according to the preamble of claim 1, and a contact arrangement according to the preamble of claim 2.

Such a tulip contact piece is a mating contact piece or a fixed contact piece for the contact pin of an earthing switch; accordingly there is a possibility that when switching off or when switching on between the tulip contact piece and an arc is drawn on the mating contact piece. To this For purposes, the tulip contact piece and the counter contact piece must have a coating be made of erosion-resistant material.

It is known to arrange contact fingers in tulip shape for such a switch are essentially intended for nominal current cutoffs. Another solution is there in providing a finger contact basket that mates with the mating contact piece in Connection is established and, and around it, a finger basket to arrange the power transmission to effect. The contact arrangement thus has two contact points; the one is used for nominal current transmission, and the other is an arc underneath broken. Wherever an arc occurs, erosion-resistant material must be provided and accordingly, the front ends of the fingers wear erosion-resistant material.

A tulip contact piece of the aforementioned type is known from US 4,841,108 become. This contact piece belongs to a high-voltage circuit breaker; contact fingers are connected to a movable contact designed as a tube, which are delimited on both sides by axial slots; the free end of the contact fingers has an annular, inwardly projecting thickening that is rounded is, the transition between the contact fingers and the rounding is conical is formed with an acute angle. In comparison to the contact fingers is the radial one Thickness of the actual contact point is small.

The object of the invention is to provide a tulip contact piece of the type mentioned create that it can also be used with simplified production, if blowing with extinguishing gas is not required.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

The invention accordingly consists in that an axially with slots the cylinder provided, which slots form the contact fingers between them, that adapted at the opposite end of the cylinder of the annulus slotted ring is formed, its cross-sectional shape together with the cylinder has the shape of a golf club that the free axial end of the ring has a radial Has annular surface on which a section of erosion-resistant material is attached is that the inner diameter of the tulip contact piece corresponding to the counter contact piece is smaller than the inner diameter of the section made of erosion-resistant Material that the inner surface of the ring facing the annulus Area with a cylindrical inner surface and an adjoining to Free end opening conical region, the axial end of the ring facing partial area limited by the section made of erosion-resistant material is that the surface area of the ring facing the circular ring is a conical surface forms, the cone angle is an obtuse angle and is open to the annulus and that the wall thickness of the cylinder between about 1/4 to 1/6 of the radial extent of the ring, measured from the inside surface of the cylinder to cylindrical inner portion of the ring.

According to the invention, there is a section on the tulip contact piece which Transmits rated current, and another section that contains the erosion-resistant material so that no two contact pieces or contact elements have to be provided, but one; d. H. that the rated current transmission and arc quenching with a single contact piece in different places. If the pin-shaped counter contact moves into the tulip contact piece, touches the counter contact piece first the section made of erosion-resistant material, the tulip contact piece expands opens slightly and arrives with the inner surface of the cylinder when retracting of the ring in contact. Because there is copper in the area of this inner surface of the ring is located, i.e. there is no erosion-resistant material, the contact resistance is there low. If the counter contact piece moves out of the tulip contact piece, the mating contact piece then leaves the inner surface of the ring and finally separates from the section made of erosion-resistant material, so that the Arc on the tulip contact piece on the section attached to the front made of burn-resistant material with a base. The counter contact piece is accordingly also at the end facing the tulip contact piece with a section made of fire-resistant material. This also burns the other base on the mating contact piece on this erosion-resistant material.

A sintered alloy made of copper and tungsten is preferred as the erosion-resistant material used, which is welded or soldered onto the tulip contact piece.

After attaching the section made of erosion-resistant material, the final contour turned off the tulip contact piece and then silvered the contact piece.

So that the arc base points on the sections with erosion-resistant material on The tulip contact piece and the counter contact piece must of course burn the ring in particular Be measured wisely. This is evident from the subclaims.

With this tulip contact piece, a contact arrangement is formed, which is a pin-shaped Has counter contact piece, which is formed according to subclaims 2 and 3 is.

Using the drawing, in which an embodiment of the invention is shown, the invention and further advantageous refinements and improvements the invention are explained and described in more detail.

Reference is first made to FIG. 6.

A bulkhead insulator 11 is arranged within a high-voltage switchgear 10; how it is installed is not important. The bulkhead isolator 11 has three Isolator bushings 12 for each phase, only one of which is visible. To the Bushings 12 are tulip contact pieces 13 by means of screw connections 14 attached, the bushing 12 having an axial extension 15 which in further engages in the tulip contact piece 13 as shown. On a pipe section 16 of the high-voltage system 10, a housing 17 is removably attached (the The type of attachment is of little importance), whereby between the pipe section 16 and the housing 17 is provided with a carrier 18 made of electrically conductive material. A guide housing 19 is attached to this carrier 18, in which - per phase - each a counter contact piece arrangement 20, 21 is guided. The drive for this movable Mating contact piece arrangement is also not important.

The counter-contact piece arrangement 20, 21 is formed from a contact piece carrier 22, to which the actual mating contact piece 23 is attached, which is enlarged in FIG. 4 is shown.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the tulip contact piece 13 has a circular ring 24 which has an internal thread 25 with which the tulip contact piece is fixed on the projection 15 is. A cylinder 26 adjoins the circular ring 24, the cylinder 26 having radial Slots 27, 28 is provided so that there are between two slots 27 and 28th a resilient cylinder section 29 is located, a total of eight such resilient Cylinder sections are provided. The individual cylinder sections 29 then form the entire cylinder 26. On the cylinder 26 there is an adapted slot provided ring 30, which together with the cylinder 26 in cross section, that is in Cross-section in the axial direction, giving a golf club shape. The cylinder 26 with comparatively thin wall thickness passes into the ring 30, the inner surface of the Cylinder 26 merges into a cone shape 31, the cone angle is obtuse. The ring 30 has an approximately radial end at the end opposite the circular ring 24 End surface 32, on which a section 33 of erosion-resistant material is attached, is preferably soldered or welded on.

Die Außenkontur 36 des Ringes 30 ist kreisbogenförmig.5 shows part of the ring 30 in an enlarged view. One recognises the conical inner surface 31, which is adjoined by a cylindrical inner surface 34, which merges to the free end of the ring 30 in a conical surface 35, the one has an acute angle and opened to the free end of the tulip contact piece 13 is. The outer contour 36 of the ring 30 is an arc of a circle.

The circular ring 24 with the cylinder 13 and the ring 30 is made of copper, whereas the erosion-resistant material is a sintered alloy made of copper and tungsten.

As shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1, the pin-shaped engages inside the ring 30 Mating contact piece 23, which has a threaded portion 40 with which it is in the contact carrier 22 is screwed. The counter contact piece 23 has a cylindrical Section 41 with a radial end face 42, on which also a section 43 is soldered from erosion-resistant material. The section 43 is conically pointed tapering, so that when the counter-contact piece 23 is inserted into the ring 30 itself first touch the sections 33 and 43 made of erosion-resistant material, and then continue Retract the cylindrical sections 34 and 41 can touch. The section 41 is made of copper and section 43 of the same erosion-resistant Material so that when the mating contact piece 23 comes out of the tulip contact piece 13 is pulled out, the arc between the erosion-proof sections 33 and 43 is pulled. It can be seen from Fig. 1 that the outer diameter of the section 43 is slightly larger than the inside diameter of section 34, so that when the counter-contact piece 23 is retracted, the cylindrical sections 29 spring open.

The switch shown in Fig. 6 serves as an earthing switch.
