- Sheet feeder (1) on sheet treating machines, particularly on rotary sheet printing presses, with side walls, a separating unit (3) and a main pile lifting unit (2) with a carrier device (5) for a sheet pile (S), wherein the carrier device (5) is guided vertically rigidly on carrier elements (8) constructed as parts of the main pile lifting unit (2), wherein alignment means are provided in order to shift a sheet pile (S) set on the carrier device (5) laterally, in that the carrier unit (5) linearly and transverse to the lifting direction and to the moving away direction of the separating unit (3) shiftably is connected with each carrier element (8), wherein the alignment means are provided as alignment rails (9) arranged laterally on the carrier unit (5), which are connected linearly and horizontally movably with the carrier elements (8), and wherein engaging centring means are provided on the carrier device (5) and/or the sheet pile (S), characterised in that the carrier unit is constructed as a throughgoing and traversable pile carrier plate (5), wherein the alignment rails (9) are constructed bent off from the pile carrier plate (5) in such a fashion that the pile carrier plate (5) in its lowermost position comes to lie flat on the ground.
- Sheet feeder (1) in sheet treating machines, especially on rotary sheet printing presses, with side walls, a separating device (3) and a main pile lifting unit (2) with a carrier unit (13) for a sheet pile (S), wherein the carrier unit (13) is guided vertically rigidly on carrier elements (8) constructed as parts of the main pile lifting unit (2), wherein alignment means are provided in order to shift a sheet pile (S) deposited on the carrier device (13) laterally, in which the carrier unit (13) is connected with each carrier element (8) movably linearly and transversely to the lifting direction and to the direction of transport away of the separating unit (3), wherein the alignment means are provided as alignment rails (9) arranged laterally on the carrier device (13), which are connected linearly and horizontally movably with the carrier elements (8), and wherein, on the carrier unit (13) and/or the sheet pile (S), engaging centring means are provided, characterised in that the carrier unit is constructed as a carrier frame (13) open at the side serving for the rear of the pile feeding, and that the carrier frame (13) is located in the receiving position on the floor.
- Device according to one of Claims 1 or 2,
characterised in that the centring means are provided for central guidance of the pile carrier plate (5) or of the carrier frame (13) are provided between the carrier elements (8) in their position for loading with a new sheet pile (S). - Device according to one of Claims 1 to 3,
characterised in that the carrier elements (8) are connected by means of at least one nut and spindle connection (12) with the pile carrier plate (5) or the carrier frame (13). - Device according to one of Claims 1 to 4,
characterised in that the centring means are provided for guiding the sheet pile (S) and for lateral shifting of the sheet pile (S). - Device according to Claim 5, characterised in that the centring means are provided as pile alignment rails (20) acting on the front vertical side edges of the sheet pile (S).
- Device according to Claim 6, characterised in that the pile alignment rails (20) are arranged laterally relative to one another and adjustable in common.
- Device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the pile alignment rails (20) are constructed as angled rails and that in a pile table cooperating with the angled rails, recesses are provided for the legs of the angled rails pointing in the direction of transporting away, which extend so far that the minimum to maximum sheet formats can be processed on the pile table.
