Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spitzer für Weichminenstifte, insbesondere für Kosmetikstifte (DE-A-38 24 883).The invention relates to a sharpener for soft lead pencils, in particular for cosmetic pencils (DE-A-38 24 883).
Such a sharpener contains one that is usually molded in one piece from plastic Pointed housing has a guide channel that narrows conically in the direction of insertion for the front end of the pen. There is a tangential on the sharpener housing pointed knife placed to the guide channel. Also contains it in the direction of insertion of the pin adjacent to the guide channel Inclusion of the mine tip certain free space. This freedom is with you Sharpener of the type mentioned above open at the top and bottom. This freedom is in the known sharpener to the mine tip through a web-like facade knife delimited with an arched edge. A triangular cross-sectional shape this web should be in common with the up and down open training of said free space, a real cutting of the mine enable them to be shaped and avoid scraping. The freedom prevents the cutting chips of the mine from being affected their problematic, soft consistency in the event of a jam for smearing would tend.
The web-like design of the barrel knife in common with the well-known Spitzer with the triangular cross-sectional shape of the web requires a small one Intrinsic stability or dimensional stability. Also the different degrees of softness the mine of well-known cosmetic pencils does not always make this possible the well-known sharpener aimed for cutting instead of a scraping for shaping the mine tip.
This is the case with a soft-lead sharpener known from DE-B-1 236 374 a small metal strip designed to shape the tip of the lead, the one with its arcuate leading edge, the tip of the soft lead normal, that is applied essentially perpendicular to its surface. The scraping caused by this leads to a build-up of removed soft mine material in the area of the scraping edge. This jam causes smearing the groove of the pointed base. The smearing does not remain without negative effects on the area of the pen tip, which is particularly sensitive for cosmetic purposes.
Finally, DE-U-80 07 479 is a pointed box for the truncated cone Pointing the lower shaft end of candles is known to the candle foot too insert into smaller-sized receiving openings of candle holders can. The conical guide channel for the candle foot is in with this jar Slotted lengthways. One of the two flanks is like a scraper knife equipped with a wedge-shaped cross section. The chisel tip of the The cross-sectional shape is essentially tangential to the guide cone into the jar. The worn candle mass slides on the along the slot-side flank and falls without further guidance on the outside the channel wall into a receptacle. The resulting shape on Candlestick takes place in the circumferential area of the candle shaft. There are none Space problems like in the area of the soft lead tip of a cosmetic pencil. Nice therefore the removal of the scraped-off candle mass does not cause any particular problems Problems.
Erst in größerem
The invention has for its object a sharpener of the aforementioned
Art to improve in that even when scraping the tip of the mine
through the barrel knife and without a triangular triangular
Cross-sectional shape of a cutting edge also designed web-like one
unproblematic chip removal is guaranteed. This task is by
