Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von Stapeln aus flachliegenden Säcken (13) mit in die Sackebene gefalteten Böden besteht aus einem Stapelmagazin, dessen den Stapel stützender Boden aus durchlaufenden, an dem jeweils untersten Werkstück abrollenden Walzen (3) eine endlosen wandernden Walzenrosts besteht, aus einer unter dem Obertrum (11) des Walzenrosts angeordneten und winkelig zu diesem verlaufenden Fördereinrichtung (16), auf die der jeweils unterste von dem Stapel abgeschälte Sack abgeworfen wird und die die Seitenkanten jedes Sackes parallel zur Förderrichtung ausrichtet und aus einem im Takt des Durchlaufs der Walzen zwischen diese greifenden Sauger, der eine Seitenkante des jeweils untersten Sacks zwischen zwei Walzen des wandernden Walzenrosts herabzieht. Ein im Maschinengestell gelagerter und mit einem Antrieb versehener Wickelkern ist auf die geschuppt übereinanderliegend abgeförderten Säcke anstellbar. Ein von einer Vorratsrolle abgezogenes Halteband (46) spannt sich beim Aufwickeln der geschuppt übereinanderliegend abgeworfenen Säcke zu einer Schuppenbandrolle von außen her haltend über diese.
