Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brennvorrichtung, insbesondere einen Feuerraumboden für eine Brennvorrichtung, bei der die stärkere Wärmedehnung der aus Metall bestehenden Zufuhrvorrichtungen für die Sekundärluft unproblematisch ist und die Verbrennung, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Produktion von Kohlenmonoxid und Kohlendioxid, gut steuerbar ist, insbesondere die Gefahr eines sogenannten Durchbruches des Gluthaufens sehr gering ist. Ein Feuerraumboden für ein wenigstens teilweise von oben nach unten durch den Rost hindurch abbrennendes, mit festem Brennstoff betriebenes, Feuer, kennzeichnet sich dadurch, daß der Feuerraumboden an seiner Oberseite wenigstens in den Seitenbereichen von außen nach innen schräg abfällt, der Feuerraumboden über einen Teil seines Grundrisses eine geschlossene Glut-Auflagefläche aufweist und die Holme des Rostes wenigstens teilweise hohl ausgebildet sind, Austrittsöffnungen für die Sekundärluft aufweisen und mit einer Sekundärluft-Zufuhr in Verbindung stehen.
