Abstract

The terminal is assembled from two mutually rotatable bodies (1) each having a lateral slot (2;3), a tapered top opening (4), and a recess (5;6) below the axis of rotation (7) for a leaf spring (8). When the assembly is complete a lateral face is formed between the two top openings. To rotate the bodies and thereby to vary the apertures of the slots, a screwdriver bit (12) is inserted into the top openings. This action enables the slots to accept and grip a busbar (11) and a conductor rail (10) respectively.
