Claims (5)
- Festhalter eines Schaufelfußes in einem Verdichter, wobei die Schaufel zwei Seiten aufweist, die Druckseite bzw. Saugseite genannt werden, wobei sich der Schaufelfuß in einer Steckzelle einer Rotorscheibe in Eingriff befindet und in der Steckzelle durch eine Beilage gehalten wird, die unter dem Schaufelfuß angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilage (5) eine gebogene Platte mit einer Längsachse XX' ist, die aus einem metallenen Aufbau besteht, der ausgesparte Bereiche aufweist, die durch Überformen mit einem halbfesten Elastomer gefüllt sind, wobei die Beilage einen zentralen Bereich (12) aufweist, der im wesentlichen aus Metall besteht und sich bis zum Seitenrand der Beilage erstreckt, der sich auf der Saugseite der Schaufel befindet. - Festhalter eines Schaufelfußes in einem Verdichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der metallischen zentrale Bereich (12) ein Profil aufweist, das gegenüber dem Profil (21) der Steckzelle (2) im Rücksprung gearbeitet ist. - Festhalter eines Schaufelfußes in einem Verdichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilage einen äußersten vorderen Bereich (10) und einen äußersten hinteren Bereich (11) mit gänzlich metallischem Aufbau aufweist. - Festhalter eines Schaufelfußes in einem Verdichter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilage zwei Seitenränder aus Elastomer (13, 14, 15) aufweist, jedoch nicht in dem metallischen zentralen Bereich (12). - Festhalter eines Schaufelfußes in einem Verdichter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beilage zwischen den beiden Seitenrändern aus Elastomer (13, 14, 15) und beiderseits des metallischen zentralen Bereichs (12) einen unteren metallischen Bereich (16, 17) und einen oberen Bereich aus Elastomer (18, 19) aufweist.
