Abstract
Making more efficient the elastic spring-boards, it is necessary having poliestere net and steel springs joined among them by opportune clamps in nylon that improve the elasticity of the system.
The net is built by means of weaving on a special loom at high resistance, with meshes of 8 x 8 mml; with a rectangular shape, with the minimum dimensions 120 x 130 cm and maximun 220 x 480 cm, and with intermediate values on request.
The net is joined to the steel loom and to the springs, by means of a modular system of hookings at terminal board in nylon, that makes interchangeable the single damaged clamps, and increases the coefficient of elasticity of whole system; these clamps are obtained by thermoprinting, injecting at pressure in proper model the fused nylon.
After the assembly, the locking at pressure of the clamp happens by means of proper joint in one direction from the top to the bottom.
Weaving and the system of anchoring make the net and its accessories easily mounting, not mounting, refolding, super imposing, and with limited encumbrange of forwarding.
Description
- Description of the pattern which title is POLIESTERE NET WITH HOOKINGS IN NYLON TERMINAL BOARDS, in the name of CERVELLINI GABRIELE of Italian nationality, resident in Giulianova (TE), Traversa Sechini Street n° 12, lodged .02.1997.
- Making more efficient the elastic spring-boards, it is necessary having poliestere net and steel springs, joined among them by opportune clamps in nylon that improve the elasticity of whole system. The net is built by means of weaving on a special loom, with the use of continuous thread of spiral type in poliestere at high resistance, either for the longitudinal direction or for the transverse one, with meshes of 8 x 8 mml.
- The net is produced with a rectangular shape, with the minimun dimensions 120 X 130 cm and maximum 220 x 480 cm and on request it is possible to have it in the varied intermediate dimensions.
- The production of the net has generally a yellow colour, with the centre made by a circumference of blue colour; on request can be made in other colours.
- In case of breakage of its meshes, the net is easily repairable, by means of the replacement of the old thread, with new pieces of thread to anchor to the existing.
- The net is joined to the steel loom and to the springs, by means of a modular system of hookings at terminal board in nylon, that makes interchangeable the single damaged clamps, and increases the coefficient of elasticity of whole system.
- The clamps of hookings are obtained by thermoprinting, injecting at pressure in proper mould the nylon material in condition of fusion.
- After the assembly, the locking at pressure of the clamp happens by means of proper joint in one direction from the top to the bottom, so that preceding the casual unblocking, in case of solicitation in this direction, determined by the jump of the player, near the clamp itself.

Claims (8)
- Essential and new parts of the trick that make the real object of the industrial pattern POLIESTERE NET WITH HOOKINGS IN NYLON TERMINAL BOARDS:
- whole process reported in the description;
- particular system that makes more efficient the elastic spring-boards, having poliestere net and steel springs, joined among them by opportune clamps in nylon that improve the elasticity of whole system;
- the net is built by means of weaving on a special loom, with the use of continuous thread of spiral type in poliestere at high resistance, either for the longitudinal direction or for the transverse one, with meshes of 8 x 8 mml;
- in case of breakage of its meshes, the net is easily repairable, by means of the replacement of the old thread, with new pieces of thread;
- the net is joined to the steel loom and to the springs, by means of a modular system of hookings at terminal board in nylon, that makes interchangeable the single damaged clamps, and increases the coefficient of elasticity of whole system;
