Description
The invention is based on a filter insert for Liquid filter according to the preamble of claim 1 specified genus.
It is such a filter insert for fuel filters known from DE 35 14 778 C1, in which the star executed filter element between two ends arranged plastic end plates tight and firm is arranged. While one end plate is closed is executed, the other end plate is open and points in addition a central one in a central connecting piece Passage in which at the same time to attach a A metal threaded nut is used in the fuel line is. The open end plate has in this way Connection means, which are designed here as threaded connectors. Support tubes also protrude into the interior of the filter insert, which are made of plastic and are integral with the End plates are executed. The end plates are here in the Plastic injection molding process, so that at different connection types each separate Injection molds are necessary, which is considerable cost and Manufacturing effort required. To attach the Filter insert in the actual filter housing depend on Design of the filter different types of connections necessary. Furthermore, the known filter insert has the Disadvantage that in the manufacture of plastic existing end plates for soaking the filter paper existing star element by means of a heating device must be melted. When melting such Plastics that are resistant to fuel is due to their high melting point correspondingly high energy consumption necessary, which one stands in the way of inexpensive production.
Furthermore, DE 44 16 577 A1 is a similar one Filter insert known in which a star filter element is arranged between two plastic end plates, the open end plate for a different type of connection is executed. The open end plate points here as Connection means one lying in the central passage Sealing ring on, so that a separate for this type Injection mold is required.
Furthermore, it is known from DE-AS 1 461 451, in one Filter insert with a hollow cylindrical design Filter element the sealing end plates by casting of plastic in a mold so that a additional melting to soak the paper element eliminated. Here is the open end plate in a base plate cast in plastic next to its central Threaded connector has external inlet openings and itself forms part of a filter housing. This Base plate builds very complex and is not suitable for different connection variations at lower cost Construction.

The filter insert according to the invention with the characteristic Features of claim 1 has the advantage that it is the largest possible with the same basic design Variety of variants allows, while also simple and is inexpensive to manufacture.
Verbindung entsteht.By the measures listed in the subclaims

Two embodiments of the invention are in the Drawing shown and in the description below explained in more detail. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a first embodiment of a filter insert for a Fuel filter and Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section through a Part of a second embodiment.
Endscheiben 12, 13 und Filterelement 11 erreicht.1 shows a longitudinal section through a
Filter insert 10 for a liquid filter in a simplified
Representation of how it is used with fuel filters.
The
As FIG. 1 shows in more detail, the open end plate is 13
constructed in two parts and consists of one with the
Beispiel Polyamid, verwenden.
The
Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section through part of a
Of course, are shown on the

Schmelze angeschmolzen. Ferner wird in diese Schmelze das
papierne Filterelement stirnseitig eingetaucht. Nach dem
