Abstract
Das Relais besitzt einen zwischen einem Sockel (19) und einer Spule (7) angeordneten Wippanker, der mit seinem Mittelabschnitt am Ende eines L-förmigen Joches (155,156) gelagert ist und mit einem zweiten Joch (154) einen Arbeitsluftspalt bildet. Mit dem Anker sind Kontaktfedern (34) verbunden, die mit im Sockel verankerten Festkontakten (14) zusammenwirken. Eine Rückstellfeder (39) ist mit dem Anker verbunden und spannt den Anker in eine Ruheposition an dem ersten Joch vor. Zur Stabilisierung der Konstruktion und zur Trennung zwischen einem Kontaktraum (4) und einem Spulenraum (6) ist ein Grundkörper mit vorzugsweise H-förmigem Querschnitt vorgesehen, der den Sockel (1) schachtelförmig übergreift und beiderseits des Ankers Abstützungen für die Anschlußstifte des Sockels bildet. Auf diese Weise wird ein monostabiles Relais geschaffen, das mit ein und derselben Bauform sowohl herkömmliche Lötstiftanschlüsse, SMT-Anschlüsse und Einpreßanschlüsse aufweisen kann. The relay has a rocker armature arranged between a base (19) and a coil (7), which is supported with its central section at the end of an L-shaped yoke (155, 156) and forms a working air gap with a second yoke (154). Contact springs (34) are connected to the armature and cooperate with fixed contacts (14) anchored in the base. A return spring (39) is connected to the armature and biases the armature into a rest position on the first yoke. To stabilize the construction and to separate between a contact space (4) and a coil space (6), a base body with a preferably H-shaped cross section is provided, which overlaps the base (1) in a box-like manner and forms supports for the connection pins of the base on both sides of the armature. In this way, a monostable relay is created which can have both conventional solder pin connections, SMT connections and press-in connections with the same design.
