From the generic document DT 1 489 495 a precision reflector with a retractable light bulb is known is inserted into the reflector through a flange-like reflector attachment, the incandescent lamp is provided with a base which has substantially axially parallel guide surfaces; the guide surfaces of the base match the corresponding guide surfaces of the reflector immediately together; the base edge is provided with a stop surface, the distance up to the light center of the incandescent lamp is just as large as the distance between the assigned ones Stop surface of the reflector up to the reflector focal point; this will get the light bulb with its center of gravity automatically when pushed into the focal point of the reflector.
Furthermore, from DE-A 14 72 529 one of a socketed electric light bulb and an existing reflector with a neck opening in the reflector for insertion the socketed lamp known, the reflector neck opening in the shape of a has a truncated cone that extends outwards. The lamp base has one in the opening suitable conical surface on and on its side facing away from the reflector, it contains a groove for a clamp with which the base is detachably fastened in the reflector neck. The socketed one Halogen light bulb is exchangeably attached to a plate by means of the clamping bracket.
If such a luminaire were used in medical applications, however, it would be a failure the halogen incandescent lamp is problematic, provided that no other medical lights are used To be available.
From DE-B 10 61 900 is also a device for holding a fixed to the socket connected light bulb in a reflector known, two elastic components, e.g. Wire springs, which are rotatably mounted in tabs that are firmly connected to the reflector neck, can take two positions, the opening in a so-called opening position of the reflector so that the light bulb can be inserted or replaced can and in a so-called holding position, in which the springs resiliently on the version of the press the bulb inserted, lock the bulb.
Such a lamp is also less suitable as a medical lamp, since it has no reserve lighting function in the event of failure of their single light bulb.
From US-A 46 46 205 is a medical examination lamp with a parabolic Known reflector, which has a lamp holder for receiving an incandescent lamp. Also here only a single light bulb is provided for operating the medical lamp.
From US Pat. No. 3,511,983 there is a lighting device for dental or jaw surgery Applications known, which has a reflector in the form of an ellipsoid of revolution, provided along the axis of rotation with a spotlight lamp located in the focal point is; the reflector surface has a large number of polygonal flutes, the reflective surfaces are formed as a partial area of hollow cylinders. As a light source serves a filament which is arranged along the axis of rotation of the reflector, the filament being arranged with its center in the focal point of the reflector.
The readjustment of the filament turns out to be problematic when changing the light bulb, which is time-consuming in practice and only by specialist staff can be carried out.
Furthermore, a cold light mirror lamp is known from DE-GM 89 12 262, the reflector has an opening for a lamp insert which, for reasons of exact adjustment, has a lamp firmly anchored to the insert with respect to the reflector. To secure its exact position and for the power supply is that protruding into the opening of the reflector Insert detachably connected to a socket arranged outside the reflector, wherein a precise connection between insert, reflector and socket Positioning of the light bulb is reached.
The comparatively complex structure with insert and proves to be problematic here version; furthermore, when changing the light bulb, it is always only directed towards the front Reflector opening can be used, while the frame only over the rear part of the reflector is accessible, so that an increased installation effort is required when changing the lamp occurs.
The object of the invention is to minimize storage costs to create a few components built medical lamp, on the one hand exact adjustment of the helix position within the reflector guaranteed, on the other hand allows the lamp to be changed without special technical knowledge; doing so Always an exact adjustment of the helix in the radial and axial direction of the reflector axis be achieved.
The object is achieved in that the flange essentially one has an oval or elliptical cross-section, the enlarged area at least a bushing for the electrical supply line and at least one pressing surface for Has support of a spring clip under pressure.
The simple and robust construction proves to be particularly advantageous, whereby the special Design of the lamp due to an undesirable contact with the bulb surface of the lamp base that can be used as a handle part can be avoided. As beneficial it proves that the lamp is prevented from rotating about its longitudinal axis.
Further advantageous embodiments of the medical lamp according to
In an advantageous embodiment, the base has a cylindrical area to which the expanded area connects in the form of a plate flange.
In a preferred embodiment, the reflector is made of aluminum, the good ones Deformation properties in the production of the blank, and the ease of coating of the reflective surface prove to be advantageous. As more heat-resistant and electrical Insulating material of the lamp base is preferably ceramic.
In an advantageous embodiment, the flange is at least partially as a hollow cylinder educated. However, it is also possible for the flange to be essentially polygonal trained cross-section.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the lamp, the cross section of the lateral surface is of the lamp base adapted to the cross section of the flange.
An additional lamp is advantageously used, the base of which is joined together the base of the first lamp forms a closed cross-sectional area, the outer contour of which is adapted to the inner contour of the flange. This way, in particular simple form enables a reserve lamp function, as is the case with medical lights is often required for security reasons.

bzw. Beleuchtungsfeld ausleuchtet.According to Figure 1, the

If a
