Abstract

Das Verfahren dient zur Herstellung von Kontaktverbindern aus elektrisch leitendem Material für Anschlussvorrichtungen zum Verbinden elektrisch isolierter Leitungsadern, welche Kontaktverbinder (1) eine trennbare Kontaktbrücke (2) aufweisen, mit geschlitzten (4) Endteilen (5) für die Aufnahme von Ader-Enden, wobei von den Endteilen (5) federnde, parallel überbrückende Kontaktzungen (6,6') abragen, die je am freien Ende eine Kontaktfläche (7) tragen. Hierbei werden die Kontaktverbinder in ihrer Abwicklung und unter Beibehaltung von Randstreifen aus einem Endlos-Materialstreifen herausgestanzt, dann wenigstens teilweise gebogen, dann galvanisiert und dann fertiggebogen. Wesentlich dabei ist, dass nach dem Herausstanzen, Vorbiegen, Galvanisieren und Fertigbiegen das jeweilige Zwischenprodukt wieder aufgewickelt wird.
