  • the result is a simplified plant which is able to perform closing of the containers efficiently and at high speed.
  • the open container instead of being pre-seamed as in the known art, has the advantage that it allows the air to escape more easily from the container itself, this being particularly useful in the case of dense products such as paté for example.
