Description

B. in Fußgängerzonen. Dabei ist der Diebstahlschutz ein vordringliches Problem. The invention relates to a stand with hangers for garments, as it is in the textile retail trade, for. B in fashion shops, for the presentation of the goods is used, especially outside the business premises outdoors, e.g. B. in pedestrian zones. Protection against theft is a pressing problem.

Safety bars (e.g. from US-A-4 640 420 and FR-A-2 230 160) are known from a circumferential wire, the two ends of which are connected to one another by means of a lock which can be operated with a key. Such a hanger is placed in the open state over the clothes rail and is inextricably linked to the lock after the lock is closed. To the overhanging garment, e.g. B. to secure a valuable coat on the hanger, a chain or a cut-resistant rope from the hanger through the sleeve of the garment and back to the hanger. The rope has eyelets at both ends, which are placed over the ironing wire when the bar is open.

The invention has for its object to propose a system for the presentation and storage of garments that combines theft protection with a new way of presenting goods and is easy to use.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Then the clothes hangers are characterized in that they have two laterally projecting cantilever arms which are rotatably received at their ends in bearings in the stand. The bearings preferably have a common axis, so that the hanger with the garment, in contrast to an ordinary hanger suspended in the middle, can be pivoted about the common axis which runs next to the garment. You can "turn over" the items of clothing similar to the pages of a book. The bearing axes are preferably slightly inclined towards the viewer. Thus, the clothes hangers assume a stable rest position, so that the items of clothing attached to the stand remain ordered at equal intervals overall.

With regard to theft protection, it is essential that one of the cantilever arms can be passed through the sleeve or trouser leg of the garment in question and it is then only necessary to secure the bracket on the stand against removal. This considerably simplifies the handling of the stand.

Such a stand with its brackets does not primarily appear to a customer like a new security system, but rather awakens the association of another presentation system. This has the advantage over provokingly conspicuous theft protection devices that a friendly atmosphere is created which promotes the purchase decisions.

In order to enable the use of stirrups of different lengths, it may be expedient for the stand to have bearings in more than two, in particular three levels, which are each assigned to one another by a common axis.

An anti-theft device can in principle be achieved in such a way that the cantilever arms have bearing pins at their ends, which are secured against being pulled out of corresponding bearing openings by at least one lock. Preferably, a common securing element which can be locked by a lock is provided for a plurality of brackets. This can be done in such a way that the common movable securing member covers the end parts of the cantilever arms inserted into the bearing openings. Here, a foldable, rotatable or displaceable common flat securing element is to be considered.

A more elegant, not visible to the viewer security can be achieved if the trunnions are each equipped with a head or transverse projection, which is held in place by narrowing the effective receiving opening, so that the trunnion can no longer be pulled out.

The stand can be elongated and can be equipped with brackets on one or both sides. Advantageously, two concentric tubes which can be rotated one inside the other and which have wall openings arranged radially one above the other are advantageously provided on such a stand for the storage and securing of a row of trunnions, the clear cross sections of the through openings being changeable by rotating the tubes. On the other hand, the stand can also be designed as a column with bearing openings arranged at different heights. In this case, the same securing principle can be implemented in such a way that a rotatable disc with associated openings is attached above or below the circularly arranged bearing openings, the clear cross sections formed from two openings each being changeable by rotating the disc. If the openings are wide, the cantilever pins can move in spite of the transverse projection be plugged in. By narrowing the opening, they are then all secured together and it is sufficient for the common security organ a lock, for. B. a built bolt lock or a padlock.

With regard to the design of the stirrups in detail, it is proposed that one cantilever arm sits at the top in the middle of the stirrup and the other cantilever arm at the bottom in the lateral region of the stirrup. It is advantageous if the lower cantilever arm is connected to the bracket by a plug lock. You can then hang the garment as usual over the bow part of the hanger and then put the straight section of the lower cantilever through the sleeve from below and connect it to the hanger. This makes handling easier. The axis of the plug closure is preferably placed parallel to the common axis of the bearing pins. Then the lower cantilever arm can remain on the stand after removing the upper one. Conversely, the assembly of the plug connection parts takes place practically simultaneously with the insertion of the upper journal into its bearing opening.

In the case of a trouser hanger, it is expedient if the lower cantilever arm is bent upward at its lower end away from the central axis of the hanger and is laterally bent to the side. The so-called arch part (middle piece) can also be designed as a straight cross-beam and equipped with fastening clips for trousers. Finally, it is also possible to attach the cantilever arms to the hanger not in a fixed but rotatable manner in order to be able to turn the garment about its central axis, which is also the central axis of the hanger. For this purpose, a bearing arrangement above and a bearing arrangement under the bracket must be provided in the bracket center axis. Finally, an advantageous embodiment of the bracket consists in that it is composed of an upper part, for example for a jacket, and a lower part, for example for pants also with the help of a plug closure. The possibility of plugging together different bracket parts reduces the storage of these parts and increases the range of applications of the system.

Darüber hinaus ergeben sich Anwendungen für die Garderobensicherung im Bereich Gastronomie, Kulturveranstaltungen, Schulen, Sporthallen usw..The described stand and the described bracket can also be used as a built-in shelf system, apart from being sold outside in the textile retail trade. In addition, there are applications for cloakroom security in the area of gastronomy, cultural events, schools, sports halls, etc.

The clothes rack shown in Fig. 1 consists of two L-shaped end pieces, the vertical legs 1 of which are connected to one another by a lower and upper horizontal crossmember 2 and 3, respectively. Two rollers are arranged on the shorter horizontal legs 4 of the end pieces. The stand is designed to hang up a row of brackets, the weight of which is distributed approximately evenly over the four rollers. Alternatively, the stand could also be set up for two parallel rows of stirrups, for which purpose the end pieces are then expediently T-shaped.

The two horizontal traverses 2 and 3 each have a row of bearing openings 5 and 6, which have axles 7 common in pairs, namely the axles 7 are not exactly vertical, but inclined towards the side of the horizontal legs 4 of the end pieces.

The hangers 8 and 9, which will be discussed in more detail below, each have an upper cantilever arm 10 or 11 and a lower cantilever arm 12 or 13. Their ends are angled downward by almost 90 ° and with these end pieces in two associated bearing openings 5 and 6 attached. Thus, the hangers 8 and 9 can each pivot about their axis 7.

In order not to be able to remove the stirrups from the stand, a securing stirrup 14 is provided, which is bent with its bent ends near the ends of the upper cross member 3 so that it can pivot about an axis 15 parallel to the cross member. A locking eye 16 is arranged on the securing bracket 14 and cooperates with a lock 17 fastened to the stand, in such a way that the securing bracket 14 folded down onto the upper cantilever arms 10, 11 of the clothes hangers can be locked in this position by means of a key 18 so that these cantilever arms cannot be moved upwards.

This figure also makes it clear that due to the slight inclination of the axes 7, the clothes hangers oscillate around these axes (as indicated by the arrow drawn) and thereby all adjust themselves in planes perpendicular to the trusses, so that the clothes rack always makes a proper impression.

The clothes rack shown in Fig. 2 has a central column 19 which is held by a foot. Approximately halfway up and at the top, the column has two horizontal round disks 20 and 21, each with a ring of bearing openings. The respectively associated bearing openings of the lower and upper disc have a common axis 7 which is inclined away from the column, so that the suspended clothes hangers are set in radial planes arranged in a radial manner. As a result of this inclination, the upper disc 21 has a larger diameter. In order to prevent removal of the brackets, two semicircular foldable securing brackets 22 are provided which lie over the upper cantilever arms of the brackets, but without hindering their pivoting movement.

Unten geht auch der untere Kragarm in einen horizontalen, zur linken Seite weisenden Abschnitt über, der am Ende ebenfalls einen Lagerzapfen 24 trägt.3, the clothes hanger 8 according to FIG. 1 is described in more detail, which forms a preferred embodiment of a hanger according to the invention for coats, jackets, T-shirts etc. It has an arcuate center piece 23 on which the shoulder part of the garment lies. At the top, symmetrically in the middle, the cantilever arm 10 rests with a portion leading upwards, which is then bent horizontally to the left and is bent downwards again at the end, the last bend being designed as a bearing journal 24. On the left half of the middle piece 23, an insertion shaft 25 protrudes slightly obliquely downwards. He forms with a corresponding receiving sleeve 26 at the upper end of a vertical section of the lower cantilever arm 12, a non-rotatable, snap-in connector that can be secured against violent separation. The inclination of this connector 25, 26 is selected so that its longitudinal axis runs parallel to the axis 7 of the bracket. At the bottom, the lower cantilever also merges into a horizontal section pointing to the left, which at the end also carries a bearing pin 24.

The handling of this coat hanger 8 is intended as follows: the middle piece 23 with the upper cantilever arm 10 can be removed, the lower cantilever arm 12 remains on the clothes rack. When refitting, the garment is hung over the middle piece 23 as usual. Then the vertical part of the lower cantilever arm 12 is inserted into the sleeve and the insert shaft 25 is partially inserted into the receiving sleeve 26 in a position inclined to the bow plane. Then the upper part of the bracket is turned into the bracket level, thereby securing the plug connection against pulling apart. Then the upper journal 24 is inserted. The plug-in shaft 25, which has an overstroke in the receiving sleeve 26, also moves further into the latter. This simplifies removal or refitting. Finally, the upper journals 24 are then secured against removal by means of the securing bracket 14.

Nach einem kurzen horizontalen Abschnitt folgt wie an den anderen Kragarmen der Lagerzapfen 24.FIG. 4 shows the clothes hanger 9 according to FIG. 1, which is specially designed as a pants hanger. Its center piece 27 is rather straight and carries two clamps 28, with the help of which a pair of trousers is hung on the waistband. In this case, the vertical section 29 of the lower cantilever 13 is at least as long as a pant leg. It is led through it and bent back up parallel at a distance from itself at a distance from itself. This allows the pants to hang freely. After a short horizontal section, the journal 24 follows, as on the other cantilever arms.

Die beiden Lageranordnungen sind koaxial und erlauben das Drehen der Bügelkombination um ihre Mittelachse bezüglich der beiden Kragarme 32, 33, die wie bei den übrigen Kleiderbügeln um ihre gemeinsame Lagerachse 7 schwenkbar sind.5 has two special features: it is intended for two items of clothing which form a combination and can be freely rotated about the central axis of the bracket in relation to the cantilever arms. The clothes hanger thus consists of four separate parts, namely an upper hanger 30, a lower hanger 31 and the two rotatable cantilever arms 32 and 33. The upper hanger 30 has a curved middle part as usual and a vertically downward part on one side. It forms an insertion shaft for an upwardly facing receiving sleeve of the lower bracket 31, which is a trouser bracket. On its straight middle piece, equipped with clamps, there is also a terminal, vertically downward part, which is bent down towards the middle axis of the temple. It carries a downward-facing bearing journal 34, which cooperates with a bearing sleeve 35 on the cantilever arm 33. Accordingly, an upstanding bearing sleeve is arranged in the center axis of the upper bracket 30. It interacts with a corresponding journal on the cantilever 32. Since the vertical sections of the upper and lower brackets 30 and 31 are inserted through the sleeves and the one trouser leg, the two combined items of clothing cannot be removed from the brackets. The two bearing arrangements are coaxial and allow the rotation of the bracket combination about its central axis with respect to the two cantilever arms 32, 33 which, like the other clothes hangers, can be pivoted about their common bearing axis 7.

FIGS. 6 and 7 show a variant of jointly securing a plurality of cantilever bearing journals against removal from their bearing openings. According to this, a support tube 36 is provided in the case of an elongated clothes rack instead of at least one of the two horizontal cross members 2 and 3 (according to FIG. 1). It has an opening for a bearing journal 37 of a cantilever arm 38 (several times in each case) Bearing pin has a wart-shaped transverse projection 39 in the middle. Therefore, the upper opening 40 in the support tube is elongated in the circumferential direction, so that the projection passes through. A safety tube 41 is rotatably arranged in the support tube 36. It also has two opposite slot-shaped openings 42 which are arranged so that the securing tube can be rotated through a certain angle when the bearing journal 37 is inserted. In the closed position shown, the bearing pin cannot be pulled out because its transverse projection 39 strikes the securing tube 41. If, on the other hand, the safety tube is rotated to the left, the openings 40 and 42 overlap, so that the journal with its transverse projection 39 can be lifted out unhindered. The safety tube 41 is locked at one end by means of a lock in the locking angular position.
