Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Steckverbinder gemäß
den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruch 1.The invention relates to an electrical connector according to
the features of the preamble of
Such a connector is already described in DE-A 91 00 441 been. There are already rows that can be lined up Contact modules shown surrounded by a housing are. The individual contact modules are locked to each other. In particular, snap beads are on the narrow end faces the contact modules used, which snap into associated grooves. The housing itself, in turn, points orthogonally locking ledges running the catch beads or indentations on. In addition, are on an inner wall of the surrounding housing Spacer bars are provided between the latching bars intervention. Overall, this well-known connector stands out due to a relatively complicated structure out. Pushing the individual contact modules and insertion in the same direction in the housing is also not possible with this connector.
From EP 02 10 468 is a connector with contact elements become known, which with a insulation displacement contact points for a flat cable with a conductor connection part are snapped into chambers of an insulating strip, which is only open towards one flat side of the strip are so that a conductor from the open side of the chambers into the contact slots of the insulation displacement contact points can be pushed in. This is a design with multi-row arranged contact elements allows at which the conductor connection only after inserting the contact elements into the insulating strips and their connection herewith can be done. However, a contact element, whether connected to a conductor or not the insulation strip fall out, so that the assembly this connector special care and appropriate Precautions are required to avoid any errors.
Another connector with a housing into which one Contact housing with contact chambers arranged side by side is insertable for receiving contact elements, is from the DE 35 37 722 A1 known. In the contact housings known from this is used to secure the position of the contact chambers Contact elements in the associated housing Intermediate web attached, on which a securing edge is formed is when inserting the contact housing into the Protective housing protrudes into each contact chamber and thereby engages behind an edge of the contact elements. Hereby a multi-row connector can be created, so the result from those required between each row Intermediate webs a space requirement that leads to unfavorable dimensions the connector designed in this way.
Based on this state of the art, it is the task of present invention, a connector of the aforementioned Kind to improve that with small dimensions the requirements for adequate insulation, light Assembly or assembly and safe handling be fulfilled.

In Fig. 1, a
eingreifen.The
Consider those shown in Figs. 4 to 6 or 8 to 10
Fig. 3 beispielhaft in der Teilausbrechung 21 erkennbaren
In the interior 16 is located above the
Handhabung beträchtlich erleichtern.4 to 6 is a connector in side view

gemeinsame Rückwand.7 to 8 connectors are also shown,
which, however, differs from those described since then
18 kompatible Einformungen 19.
Another, more apparent from the illustration in FIGS. 7 to 10
