Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ausdehnungsgefäß für Wasserheizanlagen, mit zwei durch eine Membran getrennten Innenräumen, von denen der eine ein Gaspolster enthält und der andere über mindestens einen an der Gefäßwand vorgesehenen Anschlußstutzen mit einem wasserführenden Anlagenteil verbunden ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Anschlußstutzen (14, 16, 30, 40, 50) aus dem Material der Gefäßwand herausgeformt und als zentrierende Aufnahme für ein eingeführtes Anschlußteil ausgebildet ist. Dadurch ist erreicht, daß Schweißarbeiten und zusätzliche Teile zur Bildung des Anschlußstutzens entfallen, wodurch sich im Fertigungsablauf beachtliche Kosteneinsparungen erzielen lassen.

The invention relates to an expansion vessel for water heating systems, with two interior spaces separated by a membrane, one of which contains a gas cushion and the other is connected to a water-carrying system part via at least one connecting piece provided on the vessel wall. It is proposed that the connecting piece (14, 16, 30, 40, 50) be molded out of the material of the vessel wall and designed as a centering receptacle for an inserted connecting part. It is thereby achieved that welding work and additional parts for the formation of the connecting piece are omitted, as a result of which considerable cost savings can be achieved in the production process.
