Claims (9)
- Antidiebstahletikett umfassend einen weich-magnetischen, dünnen Film (100) zur Verwendung als ein aktives Element, wobei der Film eine magnetische Vorzugsachse (102) mit einer speziellen Richtung hat,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Etikett entlang wenigstens einer Faltlinie (104) gefaltet ist, so dass das Etikett wenigstens zwei Lagen umfaßt, die sich wenigstens teilweise gegenseitig überlappen, wobei die wenigstens eine Faltlinie (104) mit der Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse einen schrägen, von 0 verschiedenen Winkel bildet, so dass die Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse (102) in einer Lage unterschiedlich zu der Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse (106) in einer anderen Lage ist. - Antidiebstahletikett nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der schräge Winkel in einem Bereich von 30° bis 60° liegt.
- Antidiebstahletikett nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem die wenigstens zwei Lagen mittels eines Klebstoffes aneinander befestigt sind.
- Antidiebstahletikett nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem es nur zwei Lagen gibt.
- Antidiebstahletikett nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem die zwei Lagen sich gegenseitig vollständig überlappen.
- Antidiebstahletikett nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem das Etikett vor dem Falten eine quadratische Form hat.
- Antidiebstahletikett nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welchem das Etikett nach dem Falten eine quadratische Form hat.
- Verfahren, bei dem eine Antidiebstahletikett unempfindlich bezüglich seiner Ausrichtung in einer Nachweisschranke eines elektronischen Warenüberwachungssystems gemacht wird, wobei das Antidiebstahletikett einen weich-magnetischen, dünnen Film (100) als ein aktives Element umfaßt, und wobei der Film eine magnetische Vorzugsachse (102) mit einer speziellen Richtung aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Verfahren einen Schritt umfaßt, bei dem das Etikett wenigstens einmal entlang einer Faltlinie (104) gefaltet wird, so dass das Etikett wenigstens zwei Lagen umfaßt, die sich wenigstens teilweise gegenseitig überlappen, und wobei die Faltlinie mit der Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse (102) einen schrägen, von O verschiedenen Winkel bildet, so dass die Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse (102) in einer Lage unterschiedlich zu der Richtung der magnetischen Vorzugsachse (106) in einer anderen Lage ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Verfahren außerdem einen Schritt umfasst, bei dem die wenigstens zwei Lagen mittels eines Klebstoffs aneinander verbunden werden.
