Description
Es sind bereits Höhenverstellvorrichtungen für Tische bekannt, bei denen ein mit Außengewinde versehener Fuß im Innengewinde eines Rohres drehbar gelagert ist, wobei durch die Verdrehung eines der Teile eine Höhenverstellung erfolgt. Derartige Tischfüße mit einem größeren Verstellbereich neigen jedoch einerseits durch das immer vorhandene Spiel im Gewinde und andererseits durch die geringe Überdeckung der Gewindeteile im Endbereich zum Wackeln. Da dies bei Tischen, insbesondere bei Schreibtischen, äußerst nachteilig ist, liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, das zum Verstellen des Fußes notwendige Spiel zwischen den Gewindeteilen auf einfache Weise auszuschalten, so daß der Fuß auch im Endbereich so stabilisiert ist, daß ein fester Stand des Tisches in jeder Höhenlage erreicht wird.Height adjustment devices for tables are already known, in which a foot provided with an external thread is rotatably mounted in the internal thread of a tube, wherein the height is adjusted by rotating one of the parts. Hierzu ist erfindungsgemäß bei einer Verstellvorrichtung der beschriebenen Art das Innen- oder das Außengewinde einerseits auf das Rohr oder den Fuß und andererseits auf eine Spannhülse aufgeteilt, welche unverdrehbar aber axial verschiebbar mit dem das andere Gewindeteil aufweisenden Rohr oder Fuß verbunden ist, wobei zwischen diesem und der Spannhülse ein dieselben durch Drehverstellung auseinanderpressender Spannring gelagert ist. Durch die Verdrehung des Spannringes werden die beiden Gewindeteile so auseinandergedrückt, daß das Innen- und das Außengewinde gegenseitig verklemmen. Um die Vorrichtung in eine andere Höhenlage zu bringen, muß dann lediglich der Spannring in die entgegengesetzte Richtung gedreht werden, so daß sich wiederum ein Spiel zwischen den beiden aufgeteilten Gewindeteilen ergibt und eine Verstellung ermöglicht wird. Um ein Verschmutzen von Kleidungsstücken an dem unter Umständen mit Schmiermittel versehenen Gewinde des Fußes zu verhindern, trägt dieser eine Abdeckung, welche über das Rohr hinausragt und auf diesem verschiebbar ist. Weiterhin ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Benutzer auf einfache Weise das Maß der Höhenverstellung erkennen kann. Zu diesem Zwecke ist an der Einpreßhülse eine Rastnase vorgesehen, welche mit einer Längsnut des Fußes zusammenwirkt. Bei jeder vollständigen Umdrehung des Fußes ergibt sich dann eine genau definierte Raststellung. Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es stellen dar:

In das untere Ende des Rohres 1 ist eine Einpreßhülse 2 eingesetzt, in deren Innengewinde 3 ein Tischfuß 4 mit Außengewinde 5 eingeschraubt ist. Außerdem ist auf dem Außengewinde 5 des Tischfußes 4 noch eine Spannhülse 6 mit Innengewinde 7 aufgeschraubt, wobei das Innengewindeteil 3 und das Innengewindeteil 7 Teile eines Gesamtgewindes darstellen. Zwischen der Einpreißhülse 2 und der Spannhülse 6 befindet sich noch ein Spannring 8, dessen Funktionen weiter unten erläutert werden. Der Spannring 8 ist drehbar zwischen der Einpreßhülse 2 und der Spannhülse 6 gelagert und mit 3 Keilen 13 versehen, welche auf den Gleitflächen 14 der Einpreßhülse 2 und den Gleitflächen 15 der Spannhülse 6 liegen. Durch Verdrehen des Spannringes pressen die Keile 13 die Spannhülse 6 und die Einpreßhülse 2 auseinander, so daß keinerlei Spiel zwischen dem Außengewinde 5 des Tischfußes 4 und den Innengewindeteilen 3 und 7 der Einpreßhülse 2 in der Spannhülse 7 mehr besteht und die Gewinde miteinander verklemmt werden.
