Derartige Tischfüße mit einem größeren Verstellbereich neigen jedoch einerseits durch das immer vorhandene Spiel im Gewinde und andererseits durch die geringe Überdeckung der Gewindeteile im Endbereich zum Wackeln. Um die Vorrichtung in eine andere Höhenlage zu bringen, muß dann lediglich der Spannring in die entgegengesetzte Richtung gedreht werden, so daß sich wiederum ein Spiel zwischen den beiden aufgeteilten Gewindeteilen ergibt und eine Verstellung ermöglicht wird.
