- the mast system is set down there and put into operation.
- the object of the invention is to create a transportable container mast system, that arrives safely at the place of use and there even in bad weather and poor site conditions can be put into operation quickly.
- the mast system is mounted in the container. While of transport and operation are all essential components of the mast system and of the container or flat are mechanically connected to each other and are thus also available when dismantling and transporting the mast system. Container or Flat and mast system are constantly connected.
- FIG. 1 to 3 show a container which is designed as a standardized flat 2 .
- a Flat 2 can be transported and stacked like a container.
- the flat there is only one base plate 4 and the end walls 6, 8 .
- the other sides and the roof are open, but can be covered, for example, with tarpaulins (not shown).
- the end walls 6, 8 of the flat allow both the support or lashing of the load and the stacking during storage and transport.
- the end wall 6 is a closed wall, while the end wall 8 consists of a frame construction with beams 10, 12 and stiffeners 14 .
- the end wall 6 is welded to the bottom plate 4 of the flat. End wall 8 is connected to the base plate 4 by means of a joint 16 .
- This special design of the side wall 8 enables the flat 2 to be stacked despite the joint 16 . If additional flats or containers are placed on the flat shown in FIG. 1 (stack height 3 to 5 flats one above the other), the forces introduced (arrows) can be easily transmitted from the end wall 6 to the base plate 4 due to their massive construction. In the end wall 8 , the joint 16 cannot sustain these forces alone, so that the design consisting of beams 10, 12 , bracing 14 and strut 18 (FIGS. 4 and 5) is provided according to the invention.
- Supports 22 are fastened to the flat 2 , the supports 24 of which are folded out in FIG. 2 and the levelable legs 26 of which have leveling foot plates 28 at the end. In the transport state, these plates 28 are disassembled on the base plate 4 of the flat.
- the support legs 26 can be operated or leveled manually or hydraulically.
- the base plate 4 of the flat 2 forms the platform for the mast system when the mast 20 is erected (FIG. 5).
Description
The invention relates to a container or flat with a transportable mast system with a telescopic mast.
A mobile mast system (shown and described in DE 41 19 321, for example A1) can easily be in a container by train, ship, plane or truck be transported to the place of use. The mast system is set down there and put into operation.
The object of the invention is to create a transportable container mast system, that arrives safely at the place of use and there even in bad weather and poor site conditions can be put into operation quickly.
This object is achieved by the subject matter of the main claim solved. The subclaims relate to advantageous refinements of the invention.
In the subject of the invention, the mast system is mounted in the container. While of transport and operation are all essential components of the mast system and of the container or flat are mechanically connected to each other and are thus also available when dismantling and transporting the mast system. Container or Flat and mast system are constantly connected.

verbunden. 1 to 3 show a container which is designed as a standardized
This special design of the
