Claims (17)
- Siège (1 ou 36), chaise, fauteuil ou banc du type comprenant une assise fixe (2) et un dossier (3, 8, 29 ou 39) articulé à sa base relativement à l'arrière de l'assise (2), le dossier (3) pouvant pivoter selon au moins un axe d'articulation (4, 44) entre une position relevée d'utilisation et une position rabattue sur l'assise (2), un moyen faisant office de butée assure le blocage dudit dossier (3, 8, 29 ou 39) en position relevée, caractérisé par le faitque ledit dossier (3, 8, 29 ou 39) est constitué d'une coque qui a des dimensions en longueur et en largeur qui sont plus importantes que celles de l'assise (2) de manière à ce que la face intérieure (5) dudit dossier (3, 8, 29, 39) recouvre en son sein la totalité de l'assise (2) lorsque ledit dossier (3, 8, 29, 39) est rabattu sur ladite assise (2) ; la forme dudit dossier (3, 8, 29, 39) déborde de tous les côtés de l'assise (2), de sorte que la protection en couverture de l'assise (2) et de la face intérieure (5) est assurée complètement dans la position rabattue du dossier (3, 8, 29, 39).
- Siège selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le faitque ledit dossier (3) est pourvu de deux joues latérales (6, 7) sensiblement verticales qui renforcent la rigidité du dossier et la protection latérale de l'assise (2) lorsque ledit dossier (3) est rabattu sur ladite assise (2).
- Siège selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le faitque le dossier (8, 29) est composé d'un appui-dos (9, 11) et d'une coque (10, 12), l'appui-dos (9, 11) a pour fonction d'améliorer le confort de l'utilisateur dudit siège et la coque (10, 12) a pour fonction de protéger en couverture l'assise (2) et l'appui-dos (9, 11) lorsque ledit dossier (8) est rabattu sur ladite assise (2).
- Siège selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le faitque le dossier (8, 29) est composé d'un appui-dos (9) rapporté sur une coque (10) articulée selon l'axe (4).
- Siège selon la revendication 4 caractérisé par le faitque l'appui-dos (9) rapporté est maintenu sur la coque (10) articulée par des moyens de fixation rapide.
- Siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 3 caractérisé par le faitque la coque (10 ou 12) a des caractéristiques dimensionnelles et une forme identiques à celles du dossier (8, 29) lui permettant d'assurer une protection complète en couverture de l'assise (2) lorsque ledit dossier (8, 29) est rabattu.
- Siège selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le faitque le dossier (8, 29) est composé d'un appui-dos (11) articulé selon l'axe (4) et sur lequel est rapportée sur la face extérieure une coque (12).
- Siège selon la revendication 7 caractérisé par le faitque la coque rapportée (12) est fixée sur l'appui-dos (11) par des moyens de fixation rapide.
- Siège (1), selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 4 caractérisé par le faitque le moyen faisant office de butée est le dossier (3) qui vient buter sur l'assise (2) dans sa partie inférieure en pivotant par rapport à l'axe (4) en position ouverte.
- Siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3 caractérisé par le faitque le moyen faisant office de butée pour le dossier (8) est que ledit dossier (8) comporte deux oreilles latérales (13,14) qui font office de butées d'arrêt dudit dossier (8) en position ouverte d'utilisation, lesdites oreilles (13,14) sont disposées en partie basse de part et d'autre du dossier (8) au-dessus de son ou ses axes d'articulation (4) en vis à vis du prolongement des pieds arrière (15) du siège.
- Siège selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3 caractérisé par le faitque le moyen faisant office de butée pour le dossier (3) réside dans le prolongement des pieds arrière (15) qui sont reliés entre eux par une traverse (16) sur laquelle vient buter le dossier (3) en position ouverte ou relevée.
- Siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ou 8 caractérisé par le faitqu'il est équipé de deux accoudoirs (17, 18) articulés chacun à leur extrémité autour d'un axe (19) solidaire du dossier (8) et pourvus par ailleurs d'un moyen de liaison (22) composé d'un axe (24) situé sur un retour horizontal (20) de chaque pied avant (21) solidaire d'une rainure (23) intégrée dans chaque accoudoir (17, 18), ce moyen de liaison (22) assurant la butée arrière du dossier (8) en reliant celui-ci aux prolongements des pieds avant (21) par l'intermédiaire des accoudoirs (17, 18) et permettant à ces derniers de se positionner quasi verticalement quand le dossier (8) est rabattu en pivotant sur l'axe (19) tout en coulissant et pivotant autour de l'axe (24) grâce à leurs rainures (23),ledit axe (24) est solidaire des retours horizontaux (20) sur lesquels sont montés les accoudoirs (17, 18) articulés.
- Siège selon la revendication 12 caractérisé par le faitque le moyen de liaison (22) est constitué par une rainure crantée (23) intégrée dans chaque accoudoir (17, 18) qui coopère avec un axe (24) solidaire de la partie prolongeant les pieds avant (21), la rainure crantée (23) permettant plusieurs positions d'arrêt des accoudoirs (17, 18) correspondant à autant de réglages angulaires du dossier (8).
- Siège selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le faitque le dossier (29) possède deux ergots (25, 26) saillant de chaque côté coopérant avec une joue crantée (27) située en avant de chacun des prolongements des pieds arrière (28) et assurant une position d'arrêt du dossier (29) à chaque cran, l'articulation (4) permettant le passage d'un cran à un autre en soulevant légèrement le dossier (29) et en le faisant ensuite pivoter en arrière jusqu'à la butée finale et en avant jusqu'à être rabattu sur l'assise (2).
- Siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé par le faitque chaque pied avant (21) et/ou arrière (15, 28) du siège est relié à l'assise (2) tout en possédant un décrochement (30) qui facilite l'évacuation de l'eau.
- Siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 ou 15 caractérisé par le faitque le dossier (3) et l'assise (2) étant prévus pour recevoir un coussinage, la coque du dossier (3) est plus creuse pour loger le coussin dorsal (31), celui-ci étant maintenu dans la coque par une fixation rapide (32), d'autre part l'assise (2) comporte de chaque côté deux rebords (33) assurant une protection facilitée du coussin d'assise (34) se logeant entre eux.
- Siège selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le faitque ledit siège est équipé d'accoudoirs solidaires (37, 38) du dossier (39) du type monocoque ; les accoudoirs (37, 38) sont reliés entre eux par une traverse (40) disposée sous l'assise (41) et prenant appui dans des logements (42) en saillie sur chaque pied avant ; le logement oblong (43) de l'axe d'articulation (44) du dossier autorise, d'une part un déplacement vertical du dossier (39), et d'autre part un déplacement horizontal vers l'arrière pour libérer ainsi la traverse (40) de ses logements (42), de manière à permettre le basculement du dossier (39) et de ses accoudoirs (37, 38) en avant.
