Abstract

The transformer has at least a primary winding (1), a secondary winding, and an integral connection element (6,8). The connection element is connected to the primary or secondary winding via a connection wire (5,7). The connector is also connected to an external wire (9,10) via a screw connection. The connection element (6,8) include a bore (13) for receiving the connection wire (5,7). The connection wire has a deformation (14) for mechanically and electrically fixing the wire to the connection element. The bore is eccentric, and the wire is made of brass and/or copper.
