Definitions
- the technical sector covering this utility model is the technique of holding plastic bags in order to form a support and means of holding said bags permanently open.
- Plastic bags are more and more commonly found in the home. On one hand they are necessary to do the shopping, and on the other hand different kinds are used to put rubbish in.
- Rubbish bins are well-known, and amongst these there are some which have at their mouth a ring concentric to said mouth and with the same shape, which can be used for holding a bag set between these two parts.
- the present invention consists of a support for bags, especially for bags with handles, whose arrangement means it can hold shopping bags of the kind with handles, as well as letting their bottoms rest on a surface designed for this purpose.
- This is made up of a wall support of the kind that can be screwed to the wall or simply stuck on by two sided adhesive tape, which has a structure, for example made of metal or by injection, of a form which allows the structure from which the bags are hung from their handles to be housed at the top, keeping said bags open, and having at the bottom a hinge articulated between said support and a base plate which holds the bottom of the bag and thus keeps this horizontal.

- Figure 2 shows a profile view of the device.
- Figure 3 shows a front view of the wall support.
- Figure 4 shows a top view of the wall support.
- Figure 5 shows the structure which is set out on the wall support.
- Figure 6 shows a perspective view of the whole assembly.
- FIG. 1 indicates the wall support, with a square shape in this case, though other shapes could be used to the extent that they fulfil the same function, 2 being the upper guides, 3 the lower hinge, 4 the lower base plate fixed onto the hinge 3, 5 the back of the support structure, 6 the arms of the structure which hang in the guides 2, 7 being the front hoop of said structure, 8 the Y shaped supports, 9 a bag of the kind that has handles, 10 the handles of the bag and 11 the adhesive fixtures of the support.
- the present invention can be made in the following way.
- the wall support 1, with a shape that does not necessarily have to be square, has guides at the top 2 and a hinge at the bottom 3. Arms 6 are inserted into the top guides, thus enabling the structure to hang, said structure being made up of an item like half a hoop which includes one part shaped very like a semi-circle shown as 7, and a second item 5 inseparably joined to this, which goes down slightly, also forming a support on the wall 1. Said parts 5 and 7 are suitably separated so that they determine the opening of the bag.
- This structure has upper parts 8 in a Y shape which can hold the handles of any bags 9 which are put over them.
- the structure has an L shaped profile. Said bags are left open when each side of their mouths is placed outside the structure 5 and 7, which facilitates use of the same since the mouth does not close.

Abstract
A support applicable to bags (9) with handles (10) comprising a wall support (1), means (2) for supporting a frame, a frame (5,6,7,8) made of metal for example which consists of two arms (6), two Y-shaped parts (8) for supporting the handles of the bags and a ring shaped structure (5,7) for keeping the mouth of the bag in an opened state, and a lower part (4) articulated (3) to the wall support for supporting the bag.
Description
- The technical sector covering this utility model is the technique of holding plastic bags in order to form a support and means of holding said bags permanently open.
- Plastic bags are more and more commonly found in the home. On one hand they are necessary to do the shopping, and on the other hand different kinds are used to put rubbish in.
- At the present time the recycling of materials also requires the separation of different types of rubbish, such as glass, paper and organic material.
- Description of the prior state of the art. Rubbish bins are well-known, and amongst these there are some which have at their mouth a ring concentric to said mouth and with the same shape, which can be used for holding a bag set between these two parts.
- In order to make the following explanation clearer three sheets of drawings are enclosed which represent the essence of this invention in six figures.
- Figure 1 shows a front view of the device.
- In said figures 1 indicates the wall support, with a square shape in this case, though other shapes could be used to the extent that they fulfil the same function, 2 being the upper guides, 3 the lower hinge, 4 the lower base plate fixed onto the
hinge guides - Explanation of one form of embodiment. The present invention can be made in the following way. The wall support 1, with a shape that does not necessarily have to be square, has guides at the
top 2 and a hinge at thebottom 3.Arms 6 are inserted into the top guides, thus enabling the structure to hang, said structure being made up of an item like half a hoop which includes one part shaped very like a semi-circle shown as 7, and asecond item 5 inseparably joined to this, which goes down slightly, also forming a support on thewall 1. Saidparts upper parts 8 in a Y shape which can hold the handles of any bags 9 which are put over them. The structure has an L shaped profile. Said bags are left open when each side of their mouths is placed outside thestructure - This has industrial applications for making wall supports for bags to hold rubbish, paper, plastic or waste.
Claims (1)
- A support for bags, especially for bags with handles, characterized by being made up of a wall support made up of one part (1) which can be stuck (11) or screwed to the wall and holding at its top by means of supports (2) a structure, made of metal or by injection for example, which is made up of two symmetrical fixtures joined to said structure formed of two arms (6) whose structure profile has an L shape, at the top of which this has Y shaped items (8) on which the handles of the bags (9) can rest; at its bottom it has an articulation (3) which supports a base plate (4), circular for example, for a lower support for the bag; the rear (5) and front (7) parts of the structure are put inside the mouth of the bag (9) and are at a suitable distance from one another.
