Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen dynamischen Lautsprecher mit einer konzentrische Sicken aufweisenden, aus einer Gewebefolie hergestellten, am Lautsprecherkorb und am Schwingspulenhals befestigten Zentriermembran und mit aus flexiblen Litzendrähten gebildeten Stromzuführungen für die Lautsprecherschwingspule.The invention relates to a dynamic loudspeaker with a concentric beads, made of a fabric film, attached to the loudspeaker basket and the voice coil neck centering membrane and with current leads formed from flexible stranded wires for the loudspeaker voice coil.
Bei üblichen dynamischen Lautsprechern ist die zur Schallerzeugung dienende Lautsprechermembran am Schwingspulenhals und am Membranrand beweglich am Lautsprecherkorb befestigt. Zur Aufhängung am Schwingspulenhals dient eine, aus einer Gewebefolie, in welche konzentrische Sicken eingepreßt sind, hergestellte Zentriermembran. Damit die Schwingspule sicher im Luftspalt des Magnetsystem geführt wird, muß die Gewebefolie mit Lack behandelt werden, da sie sonst zu wenig starr ist. Die luftdurchlässig ausgebildete Zentriermembran ist am Schwingspulenhals und am Lautsprecherkorb angeklebt. Die Stromzuführung für die Schwingspule erfolgt über flexible Kupferlitzen, die jeweils mit ihrem einen Ende an einer am Lautsprecherkorb vorgesehenen Anschlußklemme und mit ihrem anderen Ende mit einem Anschlußdraht der Schwingspule verlötet und in der Wandung der Lautsprechermembran mittels eines Klebers befestigt sind. Die auf der Frontseite der Lautsprechermembran mittels eines Klebers festgelegten Draht- und Litzenenden sowie die Klebestellen sind jedoch deutlich sichtbar. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß jeder der Litzendrähte mit dem einen Ende mechanisch am Schwingspulenhals befestigt sowie elektrisch mit einem Schwingspulendraht kontaktiert und mit dem anderen Ende mit einer am Lautsprecherkorb vorgesehenen Anschlußklemme verbunden ist und daß die Zentriermembran an ihrer Vorder- und/oder Rückseite mit Führungskanälen versehen ist, in denen die Litzendrähte gelagert und befestigt sind.This object is achieved in that each of the stranded wires is mechanically attached at one end to the voice coil neck and electrically contacted with a voice coil wire and connected at the other end to a connecting terminal provided on the loudspeaker basket and that the centering membrane on its front and / or rear side is provided with guide channels in which the stranded wires are stored and fastened.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, einen dynamischen Lautsprecher ohne zusätzlichen Kostenaufwand so zu gestalten, daß die Frontseite der Lautsprechermembran keine optisch störenden Teile für die Energieversorgung der Schwingspule aufweist. Ein an sich bekannter dynamischer Lautsprecher 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem einen nicht dargestellten Ringspalt aufweisenden Magnetsystem 2, einem Lautsprecherkorb 3, einer Lautsprechermembran 4, einer im Ringspalt beweglich angeordneten, nicht dargestellten Schwingspule, deren aus dem Ringspalt herausragender Schwingspulenhals 5 mit der Öffnung einer Zentriermembran 6 sowie mit der Öffnung der Lautsprechermembran 4 verklebt ist. Die Lautsprechermembran 4 ist über einen flexiblen Sickenring 7 beweglich am Lautsprecherkorb 3 befestigt. Die Zentriermembran 6 ist aus einer Gewebefolie, in welche konzentrische Sicken 8 eingepreßt sind, hergestellt. Sie ist luftdurchlässig und zur Erzielung einer erforderlichen Starrheit mit Lack behandelt. Die Zentriermembran 6 ist mit ihrem äußeren Rand am Lautsprecherkorb 3 durch Klebung befestigt. Für die Stromzuführung der Schwingspule dienen hochflexible Kupferlitzen 9, 10, die jeweils mit ihrem einen Ende 11, 12 an im Lautsprecherkorb 3 angeordneten Anschlußklemmen 13, 14 angeschlossen sind.A
Bei einem erfindungsgemäßen Lautsprecher sind die Kupferlitzen 9, 10 in durch Aussparungen 15 gebildeten Führungskanälen gelagert, welche in den Sicken 8 der Zentriermembran an deren Vorderseite vorgesehen sind. Die den Anschlußklemmen 13, 14 abgewandten Enden 11'/12' der Kupferlitzen 9, 10 sind jeweils mittels eines harten Klebers tangential anliegend am Schwingspulenhals 5 befestigt sowie mittels einer Lötverbindung mit einem Schwingspulendrahtende 16, 17 verbunden. Die in einer Ebene der Zentriermembran 6 befindlichen Führungskanäle weisen je einen halbkreisbogenförmigen Verlauf auf. Die in den Führungskanälen gelagerten Kupferlitzen 9, 10 sind mit einem hochflexiblen Kleber in den Wülsten der Sicken 8 befestigt.In a loudspeaker according to the invention, the
