  • the inner hose 24 is conceived to have a smaller capacity to return then the outer hose 2, so that the inner hose during the contraction of the outer hose is successively folded to a compressed position appearing from Fig. 5. This means that the folded inner hose 24 will reduce the free internal volume in the outer hose 2, which in turn gives rise to smaller remaining volume of fluid in the device.
  • the inner hose 24 is primarily intended to be used in cases where the highly elastic material in the outer hose 2 is not compatible with the fluid in question.
  • the clamp body 13 should clamp not only the outer hose 2, but also the inner hose 24 while the hoses rest on each other in a sandwich relationship.

  • This annularly continuous tube 29 has the purpose to function force absorbing in the middle area of the casing halves 25 and 26 on expansion of the hose 2 and, thus, counteract separation of the casing halves 25 and 26 from each other in the area of the tube 29.
  • the portion 9, in which the hose 2 is secured is formed on a part 32 separate from the casing halves 25, 26, said part being adapted to be received in a seat 33, which is jointly delimited by the casing halves 25, 26.
  • this seat 22 may have a polygonal cross sectional form corresponding to the likewise polygonal cross-sectional form of the part 32 so that the same cannot rotate in the seat 33.
  • a shoulder 34 turned in a direction away from the chamber 7 within the casing halves 25, 26 delimits the possibility of movement of the part 32 in a direction towards the chamber 7.
  • the surface portion 12 widening away from the chamber 7 is here formed on the part 32.
  • a clamp body 13 with a corresponding peripheral surface serves for clamping the hose 2 between itself and the surface portion 12.
  • the securing means 5 comprise in this embodiment also a member 35 adapted to actuate the clamp body 13 towards the surface portion 12.
  • This member 35 has, in the example, the character of a screw nipple in thread engagement in an internally threaded hole in a part 32.
  • the member 35 comprises here a key grip 36 and a shaft 37, on which a suitable connection member is attachable.
  • a through passage 14 extends through the clamp body 13 located to the left in Fig. 8 and a corresponding passage 38 is present through the member 35.
  • the actuation member 35 is adapted to clamp, between itself and the clamp body 13, an end portion of the hose 2 as is clearly apparent from Fig. 8. In that way the hose is efficiently secured against being drawn out of securing engagement inwardly in the chamber 7. As can be seen, the end portion of the hose 2 will, in the transition from the surface portion 12 to the position between the clamp body 13 and actuation member 35, form a relatively transverse angle, which additionally counteracts inadvertent release. In order to avoid the extreme end portion of the hose from choking the passage 14, 38 it is suitable that the actuation member 35 and/or the clamp body 13 has a recess 39 in the area of the passage 14, 38.
  • the design at both ends of the casing 1 is substantially similar with the exception that in the example filling and/or emptying of the hose 2 with regard to fluid only is intended to occur at the left end, which has the consequence that the clamp body 13 and actuation member 35 at the right end do not have to present any through passages as those denoted 14 and 38 respectively to the left; the actuation member 35 to the right does not either have to present any connection means corresponding to that denoted 37 to the left.
  • the hose 2 when it is provided in the casing, is stretched so that it is extended to a length which is up to 3 times larger than the length of the hose in its free uninfluenced state.

Claims (15)

  1. Conteneur pour fluide, comprenant une enveloppe (1), un tuyau (2) de matière élastique agencé dans l'enveloppe et un raccord de fluide (3 ;14) communiquant avec l'intérieur du tuyau, le tuyau étant agencé, dans un état en expansion par le fluide, pour exercer sur le fluide une pression, qui, en ouvrant le raccord, permet d'évacuer le fluide du tuyau qui, à ses parties d'extrémité opposées, est fixé à des parties d'extrémité opposées de l'enveloppe (1),
    caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (1) est rigide et en ce que le tuyau (2) est fixé de sorte qu'il est étiré à une longueur sensiblement plus grande que la longueur du tuyau dans son état non chargé.
  2. Conteneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le tuyau (2), quand il est disposé dans l'enveloppe (1), est étiré de sorte qu'il est étendu à une longueur qui est jusqu'à 3 fois plus grande que la longueur du tuyau dans son état libre non influencé.
  3. Conteneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (5) pour fixer une partie d'extrémité ouverte du tuyau (2) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (1).
  4. Conteneur selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (1) présente une chambre (7) destinée à recevoir le tuyau, ladite chambre ayant une section transversale sensiblement ronde et passant, à la partie d'extrémité ouverte du tuyau, d'une partie ayant un diamètre relativement grand (8) à une partie (9), dans laquelle le tuyau est fixé, via des parties de surface doucement arrondies, comportant une partie de surface (10) incurvée de façon concave vers l'intérieur et une partie de surface (11) incurvée de façon convexe vers l'intérieur.
  5. Conteneur selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie (9) dans laquelle la partie d'extrémité ouverte du tuyau est fixée, comprend une partie de surface (12) s'élargissant dans une direction au loin de la partie ayant le diamètre relativement grand, et en ce que les moyens de fixation (5) comprennent un corps de serrage (13) adapté pour serrer le tuyau (2) entre lui-même et la partie s'élargissant (12).
  6. Conteneur selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le corps de serrage (13) présente un passage traversant (14) formant une partie du raccord.
  7. Conteneur selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que la chambre (7) présente son plus petit diamètre dans la zone entre la partie de surface (11) incurvée de facon convexe et la partie s'élargissant (12).
  8. Conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (1) est formée par un tube (15) et des pièces d'extrémité (16) agencées sur celui-ci.
  9. Conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un second tuyau est agencé à l'intérieur du premier tuyau mentionné, ledit second tuyau étant destiné à contenir le fluide en question dans celui-ci, et en ce que ce second tuyau (24) est adapté pour prendre un état plié à l'intérieur du premier tuyau lors de la contraction de celui-ci.
  10. Conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, à l'exception de la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe est formée par deux moitiés d'enveloppe (25,26) fixées l'une à l'autre de sorte que leur plan de séparation s'étend le long de la direction longitudinale du conteneur.
  11. Conteneur selon la revendication 10 et une quelconque des revendications 4-6,
    caractérisé en ce que les moitiés d'enveloppe (25,26) forment ensemble les parties de surface concave et convexe (10,11) à au moins une extrémité de l'enveloppe (1).
  12. Conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11,
    caractérisé en ce que les moitiés d'enveloppe enferment entre elles un tube (29) adapté pour recevoir intérieurement le tuyau.
  13. Conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 10-12,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie (9) dans laquelle le tuyau est fixé, est agencée sur une partie (32) séparée des moitiés d'enveloppe, ladite partie étant adaptée pour être reçue dans un siège (33) qui est délimité par les moitiés d'enveloppe ensemble.
  14. Conteneur selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (5) comprennent un organe (35) adapté pour actionner le corps de serrage (13) contre la partie s'élargissant (12).
  15. Conteneur selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (35) est adapté pour serrer une partie d'extrémité du tuyau (2) entre lui-même et le corps de serrage (13).
