Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bogenbremse im Ausleger einer Druckmaschine gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a sheet brake in the boom of a printing press according to the preamble of the main claim.
Eine Bogenbremse dieser Art ist aus der DE 2 811 963 C2 bekannt. Gemäß dieser Schrift ist die Bogenbremse als Saugwalze mit eingearbeiteten Saugkammern und integrierter Saugluftzuführung ausgeführt. Die Saugwalzen werden über separate Antriebsräder angetrieben. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung gestattet einen schnellen Wechsel des Saugringelementes, ohne die Saugwalze komplett zu wechseln. Je nach Betriebsatt und nach Sujet (Schön- oder Widerdruck) oder Bedruckstoff (Papier oder Karton) oder auch bei kratzempfindlichen Bedruckstoffen können verschieden breite Saugringelemente auf einem Walzengrundkörper konzentrisch aufgesteckt werden. Parallel zur Antriebswelle 1 ist quer zur Förderrichtung 14 eine Traverse 2 angeordnet, die ebenfalls in den Seitengestellwänden fixiert ist. Eine Bogenbremse besteht im wesentlichen aus einem auf der Antriebswelle 1 formschlüssig fixierten Saugwalzengrundkörper 6, der in einem Gehäuse 3 aufgenommen ist, wobei das Gehäuse 3 mit der Traverse 2 lösbar verbunden ist. Im vorliegenden Beispiel ist dies durch eine Klemmverbindung 8 ausgeführt. Das Gehäuse 3 erstreckt sich seitlich um den Saugwalzengrundkörper 6 durch zwei Seitenwände 7. Bei entsprechender Ausbildung des Saugwalzengrundkörpers 6 kann das Gehäuse 3 auch nur eine Seitenwand 7 aufweisen. Um jede Seitenwand 7 verläuft ein Saugkanal 5, der seitlich an den Saugwalzengrundkörper 6 geführt ist und im Gehäuse 3 mit einer Saugluftleitung 4 gekoppelt ist. Konzentrisch zum Saugwalzengrundkörper 6 ist ein Saugringelement 9 angeordnet. Das Saugringelement 9 besitzt radial am Umfang austretende Durchgangsbohrungen 12, die mit den Öffnungen 10 des Saugwalzengrundkörpers 6 annährend deckungsgleich lagefixiert sind. Dies wird beispielsweise durch eine formschlüssige Verbindung erreicht, durch die die Durchgangsbohrungen 12 zu den Öffnungen 10 positioniert werden. Das Saugringelement 9 besteht mindestens aus zwei Teilen 9.1; 9,2. Beide Teile 9.1; 9,2 sind lösbar verbunden. Eine einfache Verbindung läßt sich erreicht durch eine etwa U-förmige Spange als Verbindungselement 16, die in axialen Bohrungen des Saugringelementes 9 bzw. in dessen Teile 9.1; 9.2 diese verbindend eingreift. Weitere bevorzugte Verbindungsmöglichkeiten sind z.B. ein Drehgelenk und eine lösbare Schnappverbindung oder zwei lösbare Schnappverbindungen. Bei Verwendung eines mehrteiligen Saugringelementes 9 erhöht sich entsprechend auch die Anzahl der Verbindungsstellen.A
Für im Schöndruck hergestellte Bogen 15 wird ein Saugringelement 9 mit breiterer Bogentragfläche 17 verwendet (Fig. 4). Für in Widerdruck oder Schön- und Widerdruck hergestellte Bogen 15 wird ein Saugringelement 9 mit schmalerer Bogentragfläche 17 verwendet, die konisch an den Seitenflächen des Saugringelementes 9 abfällt. Je nach Sujet kann bei entsprechendem Platz auch das breitere Saugringelement 9 gemäß Fig. 4 Verwendung finden. Durch die zwei- oder mehrteilige Ausbildung des Saugringelementes 9 ist mit geringem Aufwand ein schneller Wechsel durch den Bediener möglich.For

Claims (5)
