Description

The invention relates to a mobile scaffolding made of prefabricated components, consisting essentially of vertical frame elements composed of stands, horizontal, rectangular, the floor plan of the scaffolding covering platforms, which can be placed on crossbars that can also be used as ladder rungs in the frame elements and with access and limiting Longitudinal and / or transverse rims can be equipped, diagonal longitudinal and / or transverse struts, fixed to the uprights, longitudinal and / or transverse railing and / or intermediate bars and on a horizontal element belonging to a frame element provided at the lower end thereof beam-shaped cross-member attached in pairs castors for moving the scaffolding, which are each attached to the free end of a widening cross member, which is attached to the cross member and can be moved in parallel and the longitudinal axis of which to associated cross-beam is parallel, but preferably aligned with this.

Scaffolding of this type is often of considerable height and must have sufficient stability when erected have, without the outer, given by the covering platforms dimensions therefore would have to be increased beyond the technologically necessary and permissible for transport. It is therefore common practice and regulated by the relevant regulations that the standing moment of the scaffolding is increased by the paired casters can be pulled apart from their transport position to increase the footprint when setting up the scaffolding. The widening trusses serve this purpose. However, the casters cannot be shifted in a direction perpendicular to the one specified by the widening crossbars, without additional extension crossbars having to be inserted and the entire arrangement having to be considerably more complicated. Nevertheless, the expansion of the stand area in this (longitudinal) direction is actually desirable.

The invention is therefore based on the task of designing a mobile scaffolding of the type specified at the outset with simple means so that the stand area can be expanded during operation in relation to the permissible and permissible floor plan in two mutually perpendicular, horizontal directions, without requiring considerable effort.

According to the invention, the object is achieved in that each of the crossbeams has two sections which are provided at an angle to one another and which, on the one hand, are arranged symmetrically and obliquely inwards in relation to one another in the plan of the scaffolding, and on the other hand each have one of the widening crossbars which are inclined outwards in the longitudinal axis of the respective one Part is slidable.

In this simple way, a separate extension system is made transversely to an existing widening system with the constructional effort required for this avoided, but nevertheless accomplished the task to a sufficient extent for such scaffolding. Depending on the extent to which the sections are angled, the footprint and the stability of the scaffolding can now be enlarged to a greater or lesser extent in one direction or the other. The arrangement does not depend on the other construction of the components involved and is equally suitable for very different systems.

The angled sections can be formed abutting or connected to one another by at least one further section of the crossbar, preferably parallel to the crossbars, and for example screwed or welded to one another or by means of at least one angled bracket; other configurations are possible. Regardless of the special design, it is only necessary to ensure in any case that the connection points of the sections are securely formed; however, this is a subordinate problem with the machine elements which are customarily available in the industry and the state of the art in welding technology, which can be worked on without difficulty by the expert.

A particularly advantageous invention is that the sections and widening traverses are designed in cross section as a preferably rectangular hollow profile piece. Such profiles are, for example, high-quality and inexpensive to produce in the extrusion process; the non-round cross-section is favorable for connections, bearing points etc. and saves an anti-twist device in the longitudinal axis.

It is expedient if a vertical piece of pipe is provided at the outer ends of the widening traverses for mounting the associated castor, which can also be designed to be replaceable and adjustable in height by support feet.

The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing using an exemplary embodiment. The single figure shows a scaffolding according to the invention in the overall overview in a spatial representation.

A mobile scaffolding according to the invention consists first of all of a system of vertical frame elements 1 consisting of parallel stands 11, wherein a plurality of frame elements 1 can be connected one above the other, for example by providing plug pins on the (upper) ends of their stands 11, onto which the (lower) ends of the next higher stand 11 can be placed if they consist of (circular cylindrical) tubes as usual. The vertical frame elements 1 are connected to one another by (here) a horizontal covering platform 2 which rests on crossbars 12 and is locked to them in a suitable manner. The topping stage 2 can be equipped with a step-through, which can also be closed by a flap if necessary. The access allows the cross bars 12 welded in a narrow grid between the uprights 11 to be used as ladder rungs and to dispense with separate stairs. The details are known in the art and are only partially shown in the drawing.

The scaffolding is sufficiently stiffened by means of diagonal longitudinal struts 13; Of course, cross braces can also be provided, but are not needed here because of the tight sequence of the welded cross bars 12. The longitudinal struts 13 are attached to the crossbars 12.

Railing bars can be provided for safety; the covering platform 2 can be limited in the foot area by longitudinal and transverse rims. The details are unrelated to the invention and are omitted from the drawing.

Casters 3 essentially allow the scaffolding to be moved in its longitudinal direction T and are supported with a bearing in a vertical pipe section 14.

Verbreiterungstraversen 15 sind im Querschnitt mit einem (hoch-) rechteckigen Hohlprofil ausgeführt, das jeweils in eine im Querschnitt ebenfalls (hoch-)rechteckige Quertraverse 16 einschiebbar istWidening traverses 15 are designed in cross-section with a (high) rectangular hollow profile, which can be inserted into a cross-beam 16 that is also (high) rectangular in cross-section

The crossbar 16 consists of two sections 16a, 16b which are connected to one another at two abutting ends; In the drawing, screw connections S are indicated, which rigidly connect these ends to one another by means of an angled lug inserted into the sections 16a, 16b. At the other end, a lower end of one of the stands 11 is fastened and the associated widening cross member 15 is mounted for longitudinal displacement; this longitudinal mobility can be locked in a suitable manner.

The drawing clearly shows the arrangement of the sections 16a, 16b; they are - in plan view - arranged obliquely inwards of the scaffolding on the uprights 11, so that the widening cross members 15 are displaced obliquely outwards and thus increase the footprint of the scaffolding in length and width.
