Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing arc tube systems by means of a vacuum pumping system and a filling gas metering system and a high-voltage part for ignition and heating of the fluorescent tubes.
The production of fluorescent tube systems and their quality and service life depends crucially on the pressure and the purity of the filling gases. If the arc tube has not been filled with an optimum pressure determined on the basis of empirical values, the service life can drop considerably. As the life also influencing factors, the pumping and Ausheizkomponenten have been found in the manufacturing process of fluorescent tubes. After all, the quality of fluorescent tubes depends largely on the technical skill and knowledge as well as the care of the specialists manufacturing the fluorescent tubes. But even with a careful consideration of work instructions and empirical values, unrecognized measuring errors can lead to so-called inexplicable failures. In order to be able to counteract this, the quality assurance standards of ISO 9000-9004 are available, the use of which guarantees the manufacturer and the user the appropriate quality. However, the implementation of ISO 9000-9004 requires that the relevant manufacturing parameters can be measured and controlled.
So far, no measurable and controllable production method for fluorescent tube systems according to the quality assurance standards ISO 9000-9004 is known. A semi-automated method for producing fluorescent tubes is known from DE 1589179A.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method for the production of fluorescent tubes, in which it is ensured that even previously unrecognized measurement errors can be made recognizable and logged.
Another task is to make these production processes certifiable in accordance with ISO 9000-9004.
- a) the relevant production parameters, such as pressures, temperatures, Ausheizströme and times of the
manufacturing process 1 are detected by adata acquisition system 6 withspecific sensors 4 and supplied to a program-controlledelectronic data processing 3, which is equipped with a measurement and control program, in which the are stored in a predetermined, standard-compliant area manufacturing parameters, which influence theprocess 1 via theprocess control 7 by means of theactuators 5, and - b) a more or less large part of the detected by the
sensor 4 measurement and process data from thedata processing 3 displayed on ascreen 19 and according to the program in adata memory 11 and logged in adigital data archive 14 and / or in a printedDocument 12/13.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic functional diagram in which the variable task sharing in the
The software of the
Thus, as relevant data for the production of fluorescent tubes 9, their data regarding the pumping time, the pressure gradients, the final pressures, the heating time and temperature and their filling components are to be considered, which significantly influence the life of the fluorescent tubes.
As can also be seen from FIG. 1, a more or less large part of the measurement and process data acquired by the
The not connected to the

The

Fig. 2) zusammenwirken. The bake system is shown as a block diagram in Fig. 5 and includes essentially the high voltage power supply with adjustable current I, safety circuits and Hochspannungsmeßeinheiten and control elements. 44 and 45 respectively designate the catcher electrode for the left and the right worktops for producing the light tubes 9, which cooperate with the catcher valves 34 (see Fig. 2). The occurrence of a trap current I f U f in the
By grounding the pump near electrodes of the fluorescent tubes 9 is advantageously ensured that the ignition of a gas discharge in the pumping lines, as was previously at one, in more than two or light tubes with widely different lengths easily possible, is now avoided in normal operation. In the event of an air leak, separate provision is made by means of
Optionally, this ground can also be replaced by a conventional center grounding of the high voltage winding of the
