Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schreibeinrichtung zum gesteuerten Aufbringen von Ladungsträgern auf ein Substrat, wobei eine Ladungsträgerquelle zur Erzeugung der Ladungsträger an einen ersten Pol und an einen zweiten Pol einer Spannungsquelle angeschlossen ist, wodurch ein Stromkreis ausgebildet wird, in dem sich eine Steuereinrichtung befindet, und mit einem dritten Pol der Spannungsquelle, der ein vorbestimmbares elektrisches Potential auf dem Substrat erzeugt, so daß dort durch entsprechendes Ansteuern der Steuereinrichtung die Ladungsträger aufbringbar sind. Es ist vorgesehen, daß die Steuereinrichtung (17) dem ersten oder dem zweiten Pol (5, 6) zugeordnet ist und sich etwa auf O-Volt-Potential befindet.
